CLOSED. Pizza was above average. Service was brutally slow. No ambience. Apparently they are returning as a cheese focused business.

Was looking for a good ny/nj pizza and Aiello's didn't disappoint! I love Sicilian and I wanted to try it when I saw photos. From other reviews and their menu, it doesn't appear they sell slices. You have to order a whole pizza. The Sicilian is only one size, 12 inches but I'm not gonna complain, it won't go to waste.

We ordered from here because we heard the gluten free pizza was good and the GF eaters did enjoy it. However, the non GF crowd was utterly disappointed. The Sicilian pizza was tiny (usually it's 12 pieces not 6). The plain was just blah and the bbq chicken was the worst we've ever had. I understand the red onions but why would you put a glob of American cheese on there?

First off the food is really good!! My brother and I have celiac and the gluten free Sicilian and garlic knots are amazing and taste like regular pizza. Our guests who had the regular pizza, regular Sicilian, garlic bread and meatballs also loved their meal. We ordered yesterday and the person who took our order over the phone was so nice and explained how it works with ordering gluten free (needs to be placed a few hours in advance). We ended up having a slight mishap with our larger order through doordash but the person we spoke to at Aiello's was very apologetic and even drove over to deliver the missing parts of our order at no additional cost even though it was outside the range of where they deliver. Good food and good people, definitely recommend.

I have celiac disease and was very excited to hear of the gluten free Sicilian pizza option from here. I made sure to ask on the phone that it was 100% gluten free and cooked in its own oven, which was confirmed by the restaurant, that it was.. Well, 5am the next morning, my body told me otherwise. I got so extremely sick from here. I would not recommend Aiello's to anyone who has celiac disease or is sensitive to gluten. When I called to order, it was 2:48pm. They said the cutoff to order was 3pm to give them time to prepare the pizza properly, and pickup was no sooner than 4:30pm. I asked if I was still able to place my order, and they accommodated. I scheduled my pickup time for 6:30pm. I called back at 3:05pm to add a Buffalo pizza to my order for my fiance, and to add an order of gluten free garlic knots that I didn't see on the menu the first time. They said sure, no problem. 1 minute later I get a call back, that their "boss" said he couldn't add the garlic knots, since I ordered 5 minutes past 3pm. I was kind of annoyed, this was my first time ordering from here, but didn't really care, because I thought maybe this had something to do with making 100% sure everything was gluten free. I just want to say I am so glad that I did not spend an extra $13 on those...Overall, I would not recommend anything supposedly "gluten free" from this place. It's not worth the risk that we take. This place should have a better understanding of celiac disease/cross contamination/gluten allergies if they are going to advertise as gluten free.My fiance did say the buffalo pie was fantastic.

My husband and I started ordering from here in 2020 specifically for the gluten free Sicilian (I’m unfortunately gluten free, he’s not). Do you have to order before 3:00 for the gluten free? Sure. Is it worth it? Absolutely. The Sicilian is fluffy and airy. FLUFFY. Most gluten free crusts are thin and tastes like cardboard. Their pizza makes you feel like you are eating real pizza. My husband even loves it (he also highly recommends the chicken roll, garlic knots, and their regular pizza for those who can eat all the gluten). Everyone who you speak to when ordering and picking up has been friendly and accommodating. 100% will order again and again…before 3:00 of course ?

Pizza is fantastic and yes I try everything with the brooklyn name in it ! Had the white pizza with garlic , vodka pizza with sesame seeded crust and meatballs for appetizer . Very good and tasty , always pick up so don't dine in . Hidden gem in this place is the spumoni , nice quart like you're picking it up from L & B pizza in Brooklyn. Prices are decent, remember it specialty pizza so you have to pay a little more which is fine if it's good, which it is !

Best pizza in Manalapan. Definitely try Vodka pizza with sesame crust, it is absolutely delicious! I wish operating hours would be expended.

For my taste this is the best pizza in the area. It's wood-fired, so it different than what most places around here serve. Not only is the pizza great, but the crumbled sausage is of a much better quality than every place that I've tried around here. If you are not satisfied with average quality - This is the place.

Christina the owner is absolutely horrible. We ordered 2 pies ( margarita and regular cheese). The margarita was loaded with salt so we let her know. She offered a credit which we accepted. In place of the pizza we agreed to take ice cream. They refused to deliver in spite of us saying we would wait. We left to pick up the ice cream. On the way to pick up the ice cream she called and asked for the pizza back.I told her I was half way there already and that she could send someone to pick up the pie. We then told her we have 5 full slices and 3 slices that had a few bites and were thrown in the garbage after tasting. She then said she would only offer a partial credit. How would we have known that the pizza was salty without trying it? How can an owner change the credit after offering a full credit? Bad customer service. If she wanted the pizza back she should have asked for it when she offered the credit. In that case we would have taken it to the restaurant with us before we left. I have never had this issue with any honest pizza place. I guess she isn’t intelligent enough to understand that’s how it works. Horrible customer service. Never using them again. Added to that both pizzas were terrible. Good luck fighting chase when I dispute the charge.

Delicious! Pizza done right and the smoked mozzarella on the paninis hits on another level. Helpful staff and food was ready on time. Definitely stands out among a ton of pizza places in the area.
