It's always a pleasure to go to Dunkin, I miss investment in the structure of the stores, some nice chairs, a TV, tables where you can use your laptop, good and fast internet available
Thought I'd stop here after school but probably not going back. The older man who works here took my order and put it in wrong. Not a huge deal, he repeated it back and I told him I wanted a Hazelnut iced coffee and he changed it, but didn't put any in. When I got my drink it was just a regular iced coffee. Food I also ordered wasn't cooked as long as it should've been. I'll stick to going a little further down the road to the Dunkin I usually go to.

Just bad service unfortunately, they forget your order and more than once I’ve been there with only 1 other customers and had to wait almost 10 minutes for just a breakfast sandwich. I know they have a lot of pick up and app orders, but it be nice if they took care of the people who come into the store too.
