“10/31/2023 on a chilly day I blew my tire out, and I had to wait for over an hour for someone to come out and fix it. I was scared, cold, and had to use the restroom. I was greeted by the staff, as i came out the ladies room. Not sure if she was a manager, but she asked me if i was ok, and if i wanted something to drink. She gave me a complimentary coffee, and told me to pls stay inside until they was finished. I thank you the staff VERY VERY much for their sympathy and for being so kind ;) I appreciate you all so much!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM 100 stars I would ?“

“They greeted me promptly and took my rather large order quickly. Happy to report that they got it 100% correct!The space was rather small, but since we were the only ones in there, it was adequate.Gave 4 stars cause they don't have a drive thru. Other than that, they were ok.Will probably return if the need for a coffee hits me as I get near.“

Very smooth coffee with a nutty espresso base. Well-frothed milk gave a creamy texture. Loved the latte art on top. The porcelain mugs and coasters they used were cute. Their pastries looked attractive to serve with coffee too.“

“really cute bubble tea/coffee establishment! i have always heard of this place but never got to check it out until recently and it's becoming one of my favorite shops. i tried the white coffee with coffee jelly and it's amazing. it definitely has a strong coffee flavor (i think vietnamese coffee), so if you're in need of a caffeine boost, i recommend coming here. i originally wanted to try the egg coffee, but they told me they didn't have it. i tried checking their online ordering system for a couple days and it seems like they haven't had it in a while. i've been enjoying egg coffee a lot recently from other places and i was a bit disappointed that they didn't have it, but i hope it comes back soon! the atmosphere is also very chill if you want to do some work or hang out with friends. overall, i recommend it and would come back soon.“
“I go here almost every morning and one morning they were closed after I already submitted my order. They noted that I didn’t get my order and gave me a free breakfast today. It’s little things like this that make a difference in customer service! They are always so quick with getting you in and out! I’m happy I found my Dunkin before work.“
