One of the staff I came in today was very kind and nice to me. Since I told the lady that I didn’t like the Chai Tea Latte. She was nice enough that I didn’t have to pay anything but instead she made me a new drink which is the Nitro Cold Brew. It was very accommodating that she kindly made my drink without any charges . 10/31/2023 on a chilly day I blew my tire out, and I had to wait for over an hour for someone to come out and fix it. I was scared, cold, and had to use the restroom. I was greeted by the staff, as i came out the ladies room. Not sure if she was a manager, but she asked me if i was ok, and if i wanted something to drink.
