Meh. That's my overall impression of this particular location. The young man at the counter who took our order would barely look at me and occasionally rolled his eyes. He clearly was not interested in either being there, serving me, or both. But rest assured, the machine did prompt me for a tip when I paid. Let's not forget to reward mediocrity.The food was pretty standard as would be found in most Starbucks locations. Although this location was not very busy when we visited, our order was simply dropped on the counter as he called out name and walked away.As I started with, meh. That's about it for this location.

Waited 10 minutes for a venti decaf then asked if they were working on it. 10 minutes later still no drink. People who got in after me got their drink. I just got a refund and left.

I normally get great service at this Starbucks and the people are always friendly. However, this morning when I went to place my order, I got a large coffee and when asked if I wanted anything in it I said no thank you but I was then told the price for my order. I wanted to order a burrito but I figured I probably misheard what the woman at the window said and she probably asked if I wanted anything else. I pull around and give her cash for my coffee, and she hands the cup to me in such a way that I can only grab it from the top. So, I made sure to grab the top of the cup and not the lid, but as I was putting the cup in the car's cupholder I realized the cup was soft and seconds later hot coffee explodes in my car and onto my face, my fingers, the console, the windshield, and the passenger window. I yelled as hot coffee hurts and asked the woman for napkins. She went "sure", put my change in my coffee-covered, burnt hand. Then she shoved a whopping two napkins out the window at me, not making eye contact and not even saying anything else to me.I don't like being that person and I don't like the idea that the customer is always right but when someone gets injured in front of you from something you just handed them, maybe be a bit decent and at least ask if they're okay.

I went inside yesterday morning to get a turkey, cheddar, egg white sandwich and a coffee. Service was great, BUT as I went to eat my sandwich some miles down the road…they literally only gave me the egg white and muffin ? no turkey bacon, no cheddar ??♂️

I’m so thankful this isn’t the closest Starbucks because how miserable my mornings would be. Every time I stop by the mall like all men suffer from they have to take their love ones to Starbucks now Starbucks got good drinks so I don’t mind, but wow this store is like the Tobias Harris experience you’re paying premium price like any other Starbucks, but the quality is terrible. I understand this gets a lot of people, but it is frankly impressive that this specific Starbucks is just consistently bad to mediocre at best. I am literally typing this review out while I am in line in another Starbucks to reorder my drinks.
10/31/2023 on a chilly day I blew my tire out, and I had to wait for over an hour for someone to come out and fix it. I was scared, cold, and had to use the restroom. I was greeted by the staff, as i came out the ladies room. Not sure if she was a manager, but she asked me if i was ok, and if i wanted something to drink. She gave me a complimentary coffee, and told me to pls stay inside until they was finished. I thank you the staff VERY VERY much for their sympathy and for being so kind ;) I appreciate you all so much!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM 100 stars I would ?

Just came from here and our order was wrong in the drive through. We were nice enough to not make them make the entire drink again and just scrape the white cream off and add the pumpkin cold foam with more caramel drizzle like we said to do when first placed the order, they didn’t even do that. Then to top it all off, I pulled a long hair out from the drink!
