Bravo!!!!!We had three days of party with one Chinese family, and one 1/2-French-1/2 Italian family, so naturally we asked for one French dinner, one Chinese dinner, and one Italian dinner. The food was classy, healthy, authentic, delicious, and beautiful. The service was equally high quality. At the end of the dinner, all my relatives, Chinese and Italian-French, gave a standing ovation to the dinner! The more I reflect on the excellence of the food overall, the more I realize the skill of the chef. Not just preparing but selecting the menu and plating and serving. I’d like to know more about the chef and the process of arriving at the excellence I have not experienced before on such a scale. Really amazing feat. A virtuosity I have not seen before.
