“We have been going to Jinli for several years, even though it’s a 45 minutes drive from our house — we love the food and staff and have never been disappointed. The place has something for everyone and the flavors are authentic and delicious. Our favorites are Fish filet in Sichuan chili oil, cumin lamb and the kids love the sesame chicken! The French onion soup was served hot and creamy, the churro waffle croissant was so light and well balanced. The pear mimosa was our favorite out of the mimosa flight. “I really really want to give 5 starts but the lack of flavor in certain dishes made me give 4. The Rock Shrimp appetizer is one of the best dishes I've ever had. EVER. The sauce, the crisp fry on the shrimp- I've had it twice and find myself thinking about it often! My husband ordered the whole red snapper fried- he loved it. The sauce it was in was also YUM. However, my last visit I had the salmon, and it was just ok and then this visit I had the sesame chicken and we ordered vegetable friend rice- and again, just ok. It's kind of weird bc I feel like these items has NO flavor. They were cooked wonderfully, but tasted as if I could make it at home. If I visit again I will order the rock shrimp as my appetizer and then again for my meal lol its THAT good! Service was exceptional both visits- from the host desk to the servers to the bus Boys.“

“Just had my daughters engagement party here. The staff is amazing from booking everything with Joe to going over all the details with Maria- She has the patience of a saint! They really have a beautiful room and everything went flawlessly. The food was delicious. We had the fried Calamari, Brushetta, Fried Shrimp appetizers and then Veal Marsala, Chicken Franciase, Eggplant Rollatini, roast potatoes and vegetables. I was blown away by how good the food was- super tender and flavorful. The wait staff was amazing and so helpful- they work so hard and go the extra step to make sure everything went as planned. Thank you Donna for untangling my balloons! Tom is a great bartender- friendly and very funny! Everyone had a wonderful time and was super impressed with everything. The owner spent about 30 minutes, showing me the ropes, even taught me how to shuck and oyster correctly. The prices are on par with any Reputable, fresh seafood market couldn’t believe the freshness. Recommend if you are a seafood person.“

They apparently didn't have them or had run out that night (although it wasn't extremely busy) and without informing me, they just substituted some salmon- not exactly an even swap! I should have been told they didn't have a key component of the dish, so I could opt for another entree. It was good, but the idea it was advertised as containing scallops was a deciding factor in choosing that particular dish.“

It is a bit pricey, but the food is good especially if you're ordering their main dinner items. They're specialty is Cantonese style dishes, so I would probably stay away from their "take-out" type offerings.Parking: There's a larger parking lot behind the building. The spots in front of the building tend to be full most of the time.“

The food was delicious as always. It's a BYOB. There is a liquor store in the same plaza. Great place for a dinner or out to celebrate a special occasion. I don't eat seafood and a lot of their food on the menu was seafood but they have other things too. A nice surprise was the chicken was white meat.“
