“I don’t often leave reviews, but this cafe is a must try! The atmosphere and staff are pleasant and relaxed. You order at the register, and help yourself to seating of your choice. The food is amazing — with breakfast and lunch options available. Highly recommend the signature lattes (we got coco loco and white chocolate tiramisu). The cinnamon rolls are out of this world! We’ll be back, for sure!“
“Donuts were great. Ordered some standard donuts for a party, they were awesome. They accommodated our color scheme and made some personalized donuts. They were very fresh and tasty. Can’t wait to go back and try the other more adventurous donuts they have, everything looked and smelled delicious.“

The jersey burrito and egg and cheese sandwich are delicious. Favorite coffee shop in the area.Parking: Free parking lot in the back of the building.“
“This is one of my go to Starbucks in the area. It doesn't have a drive thru but parking is not bad to go grab your drink inside. They also have ample seating inside and some seating outside. It's always busy but the baristas make the drinks pretty quickly.“

“I love this place very much. It's easy to walk to and there is always something to drink. The prices are wonderful. Everything is very inexpensive compared to Starbucks. I love the gluten free brownies. I have an allergy and normally I can't eat anything here but now I have delicious brownies. I hope they will add more gluten free items to the menu.“
“Having grown up in Brooklyn, NY, I've become accustomed to a certain level of quality which I expect from a "good" bagel store and unfortunately many NJ bagel shops miss the mark. Bagel Hut however, checks all the boxes, putting them in the "great" category. They have: * A Clean and properly maintained kitchen. * Freshly boiled then baked, soft on the inside/firm on the outside bagels. * A variety of delicious cream cheese spreads made in-house. * Quality sandwich construction for traditional fresh lox or egg and meat based breakfast staples. * Wide assortment of coffees/beverages * Some tables to have your breakfast there or on-the-go. * And most importantly, an incredibly hard-working, down-to-Earth, immigrant family man, running the place with old-school, no-nonsense, quality and service. Matawan easily has at least half a dozen bagel options. I've tried them all, and I keep returning to Bagel Hut even though it isn't the closest or quickest sometimes. The food and service are exactly the way New Yorkers expect them to be and every time I go there, it makes NJ feel more and more like "home" for a transplant from Brooklyn like me.“

He told me that he experiments with different brewing methods (e.g. conical filter, flat filter, hybrid immersion drippers) for each coffee to ensure that every cup of coffee served is the best that it can be.As a former barista and coffee roaster, I can confidently say that Brandon puts more thought and care into each drink than the vast majority of cafes in NJ.I would highly recommend Brew Coffee Bar to anyone looking for a good coffee experience, but especially for people who will appreciate Brandon's extreme dedication to his craft.“
