The sauce has the right amount of sweetness and not acidic like most. The cheese is just the right amount, not too much and definitely not too little with that good quality stringy texture to. It has that nice coating of reddish orange grease on top that we all hate to love. The crust is perfectly thin where the slice flops down making a perfect fold.
