I'm a big Dunkin fan, and I've been to dozens of locations, and this is no doubt the worst dunkin in the world. I've gotten food here like 20 times since it's the closest to home and they're almost always out of something big, missing items in an order (like whole sandwiches or all the drinks), and substituting stuff without telling you. Like twice I've gotten an egg sandwich where they forgot the egg (just bread and bacon, mmm...) and I can't even ask for refunds on the dunkin...read full review
My only wish is that they blend their iced coffee drinks instead of just pouring their syrups to sink to the bottom of the cups. 2 days ago I bought a med iced mocha coffee with extra mocha, was charged 25 cents extra, and I could barely taste the mocha. Plus they didn't fill my drink to the top. If I'm paying extra, then add what I pay for. I did not take a sip, yet when I took these photos. I know they are busy, but the blond who takes, makes, and hands my orders to me on weekend...read full review

I had placed a mobile order for a box of 12 donuts and a large Refresher for my boyfriend to pick up for us and the service was great our order was ready quickly and efficiently and the store was very nice and clean and the employees were also very kind too. Would definitely order from here again.
