“Very good food. A little more pricey than what I was anticipating based on where/what this place is (tucked away under a stairwell and takeout only). The quality of the food makes it worth it. This is not a cheesesteak grill kind of place. All the food is top notch and justifies the cost. Not the easiest place to find in the building. Just follow your nose. Online ordering makes it even easier. Pay attention to their daily specials because they sell out quickly. A hidden gem.“
“We came for a late dinner on the evening of 3/26 and it was our first time there since it changed hands and reopened as South Star diner.We both ordered seafood/pasta dishes and were highly impressed!!! The food and portion sizes were very good, from the Caesar salads to the entrees to the bread basket and to dessert (which we took to go).The diner is very clean and has a welcoming nostalgic charm when you walk in with a beautiful display of various cakes. It looks, smells, and feels like everything a diner should be. We were immediately seated and asked our drink orders, and our main order taken within minutes. Very pleasant and relaxed experience — did not feel rushed like you do at some dining establishments. Overall everything was outstanding without a single complaint.I’d also like to underscore HOW WONDERFUL IT IS TO FINALLY HAVE SOMETHING OPEN 24 HOURS!!!! Thank you! And it was all under $15 - with a beverage too !The decor is very cute where you can see the jersey of spices and pickled veggies ?It wasn't very crowded which was great for me ! It was very clean ,spacious and the food set up was also clean ??. The music ? was a great touch ???I was greeted by a young lady ( Nurgis) with a smile ,which helped ease my mind on being a 1st timer here ?. She was also working on restocking dressings , vegetables, & keeping the station clean ,which is key ? for me as I observe staff while dining .Wilfredo was the associate who was patient and took my order . I was happy that they had a " create your own " option ,so I created this amazing ,collection of delicious vegan options ?! I was able to get unlimited portions ?what I liked the most was that Wilfredo wasnt stingy with each one ,like other places a.k.a chipotle ?-- ( I didn't have to ask him for a scoop of anything !The falafel was delicious! The 2nd best I've had since ever Ammon Market.Everything was seasoned perfectly, fresh and I thought I would have leftovers ,but baby I ate it all!! ???????.I got a lemongrass drink from the fountain and that was not too sweet nor too bland.This is going to be my new place to come and MEZE or ? “Went for Taco Tuesday special. We got tacos and guacamole and chips. I got the birra and my wife got the chicken tacos. They bring out chips with beans and cheese also. Everything was tasty and fresh. Friendly staff. It's a weird location off the beaten path. I liked it and would definitely go again. The bill with a soda was $25 for the 2 of us. Be great for bringing kids with out killing the budget. Regular menu is a little pricey. Like $18-$20 for burritos.“
“I ordered a pizza on Saturday night and the pizza arrived it was Made incorrectly. a quick phone call and the issue was resolved. They delivered another pizza and the pizza was absolutely delicious. “First went to this place when it was called Organico. However, Peppinos makes it own name as a 5 star spot. For the chicken parm vodka sauce sandwich (seeded roll) with long hots, garlic knots, cheesesteak egg rolls, and meat balls. All of which were incredible - notably the sandwich. Will definitely go back, heard the wings are good too!“

The manager took time to see if we liked the food and if he could do anything for our family . We ordered a steak and got a hamburger i thought, but he explained how , it was a chopped steak. “Fast food rating here. I saw how efficient they were with multiple people taking orders through the drive-through. It was extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon, and everything was flowing nicely. My grilled chicken wrap was good. Baller move: get the avocado dressing and put it on everything.“

“Gave my son an after birthday celebration 3 weeks ago (end of November 2023) and all the kids wanted Chick-fil-A. We were a few minutes away from the Cherry Hill location and went there. It was perfect. I had 9 people total included 7 kids and 2 adults. From the time we walked in to the time we left it was great. No line so went straight to counter to order individual meals. Food was given promptly, staff was courteous and welcoming, great atmosphere, bathroom and dining area was cleaned well. The playroom had a bench inside of the room for parents to monitor children. There was a pleasant staff worker (don't know name) cleaning the dining area that went out of her way to refill our drinks, have good conversation and make sure we were comfortable. This was a perfect location for the occasion and we will definitely return. Thank you Chick-fil-A for helping my son enjoy his birthday celebration on the spot.
