Dave, Justin, Sam, Kiera, and Zac are absolutely stellar servers and bartenders. Despite how busy the restaurant becomes, each team member provides exceptional service. The food and drink menu items are unparalleled, but the service is what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend this restaurant because the staff is spectacular and the service is of consistently high quality.

Nice spot to grab some Mexican food. I had the tostadas de tinga appetizer for my meal. It was a big portion size, and delicious. My husband enjoyed his enchiladas. Overall, it was a good dining experience. The restaurant would be excellent if they upgraded the look a little.

We had a blast here tonight, our waitress was on the ball and also patient and kind.The food was tasty and great, literally zero complaints.I recommend the shrimp quesadilla and frozen Margherita.We had one dairy allergy and one vegetarian in our group and these dietary requirements were handled professionally and comfortably too.

I took my son and his bestie for lunch. I notified the waiter that my son had a birthday a couple days before. I ordered tuna and it was good. Boys ordered beef burritos and got chicken burritos instead. After we finished we waited 20-30 minutes before someone came to us and brought the check that included a dessert that we didn't get. They didn't ask me what kind of dessert we would prefer and who of us wants it, but immediately after l complained about the dessert in the check they brought something for one of the kids, not for both and they were very bored waiting and finally disappointed

Last night we had a FABULOUS dinner at Tacos el Tio in Medford! We got chicken tortilla soup (so flavorful!), stuffed jalapenos (homemade, not breaded, and not those frozen jalapeno poppers that restaurants typically serve), cheese enchiladas, and fajitas combo (I was blown away by the flavor this dish had!!!).The fajitas were amazing, best we've ever had. The meat and shrimp were cooked to perfection and had that wonderful grill flavor but also tons of flavor from the marinade! And the veggies with it were BURSTING with flavor too and were cooked perfectly as well - not too crunchy yet not too soft. I also LOVE their chips and salsa. The chips are the fresh, light crispy kind which I prefer, and they come with super duper yummy red and green salsas (and don't charge for seconds!♥️ - which Mexican food Factory started doing ?).If you were a fan of Mexican Food Factory, you've gotta get over to Tacos El Tio!!! They are only about an extra 10 minute drive for us...soooo worth it and soooo happy they're there!They have a bar with a huge drink list. All prices on the menu are fair...which is hard to find these days!Oh also, the service was fabulous! Our server was the sweetest ever and the manager Josh was so nice!!! ?

Really loud and echo-y inside. We had to yell at eachother to hear. My $16 margarita wasn't filled to the top. Food came out 5 min after I got my margarita. Don't order the chimichanga. It was fried for like .5 seconds. Lots of misses. They were really busy though (Friday night), so we'll give them one more chance but kinda a let down.

We come here often. This place is the perfect pick when we just don’t want to cook. The food is phenomenal. We have never had a bad experience. Price is reasonable, quality is great, drinks are good as well. Service is excellent each and every single time.Kid-friendliness: We come with a toddler and the staff are so great! They provide coloring pages and crayons.
