I recently had the pleasure of dining at U Sushi, and I must say that my experience was absolutely delightful. We love this place. The sushi is always fresh and creative. I also like their non sushi dishes. This time we got the Thai fried rice and it is very good. Best sushi in Medford and definitely one of the better places in the area.
