Very strange food for the price that you pay. The rolls were good but not amazing, very average. However what disappointed me most was the soups and starters. Seaweed salad was flavorless. The hot and sour soup had little to no tofu, and was take out quality not restaurant quality. The miso soup separated almost instantly and left a sediment like layer at the bottom, also the tofu were these tiny cubes about 1/8 inches in width. The egg drop was foul, room temperature yokey egg drop with gulps of uncooked egg whites. Without doubt the most vile egg drop soup I’ve ever consumed.Now in summary is it horrendous, no. But this is take out quality sit on the couch food. If you come here to sit and have dinner you will absolutely be disappointed when you see the bill!

We love this place. The sushi is always fresh and creative. I also like their non sushi dishes. This time we got the Thai fried rice and it is very good. Best sushi in Medford and definitely one of the better places in the area.
The food was great. Staff was friendly. You can tell there is a lot of effort that goes into the food here and it shows in the presentation and flavor. Low key spot definitely recommend

I recently had the pleasure of dining at U Sushi, and I must say that my experience was absolutely delightful. My family decided to drop by at the end of the day after a day at Six Flags just when they were about to close, and the staff graciously accommodated us with a warm welcome and impeccable service.As a vegetarian, I often struggle to find sushi places that offer a diverse and satisfying selection of vegetarian options. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of vegetarian sushi rolls and dishes on their menu.They also spent great amount of detail on presentation and it was just as beautiful to see as delicious it was to eat.

Their sushi is really good. I had the shrimp tempura & the California roll, both were delicious! For the first time we also tried their desserts. We shared both the mochi & tempura ice creams, they were both so tasty. We loved the flavors of the green tea & strawberry mochi then not knowing what to expect with the tempura vanilla it was a great surprise. I would definitely order both again.

We heard good reviews and decided to give it a try. We tried 5 sushi rolls and unfortunately we were not impressed. The rolls tasted ‘off’ and not fresh. They are very heavy handed on their sauces to the point the rolls are swimming in it. The green (ginger) salad was also one of the worst I’ve had. The dressing was very heavy on the Mayo.
