With several locations along the Jersey Shore, this Middletown location is the newest. Huge, bright, airy, and busy but no seating on the inside which is kinda sad because I wanted to enjoy my ice cream while looking at what other flavors I should get next. Your only option is either the two benches outside or your car. The servers looked tired but the young man who helped me was nice enough. I picked the Vegan Speculoos Cookie which was AMAZING! The texture was different but the flavor was all there! $5 and some change for a small. I scream, you cream...

This place is great. It is both my and my kid's favorite ice cream spot. The Peanut Butter Palooza is delicious. The customer service is good also. They always give more than the alootted scoop. And they give tons of candy when you add in a topping. They are great. The ice cream is great. I love it!!

Initially my brain said, "that's kinda expensive for ice cream..." But once I tasted the ice cream it was clear you pay for what you get. This is high-end ice cream. It's worth it. SPECIFICALLY they do flavor of the months each month, last month they did a collaboration with Delicious Orchards and mixed an entire pie with cinnamon vanilla ice cream. It was sinfully good. Can't wait to see what they mix up in the future.

The service can be a bit slow when only one person is working there, but they are always willing to let you try multiple flavors when you are trying to decide what to order. They regularly rotate interesting combinations of ice cream with unique ingredients each month. It's definitely a place you have to keep an eye on since you never know what flavor may be coming out next!

Decent ice cream if you buy the special flavors (goat cheese cherry is one example). Other basic flavors like chocolate, cookie dough are okay...not as creamy as you would like the ice cream to be. I have been to the Middletown store twice and I didn't leave with a good customer experience. One time I picked up three pints and the person behind the counter barely helped- packed the three pints I chose and didn't even clean them outside, didn't even write the name of the flavors on the pints and promptly whip the paypad to you for tip. I still tipped but it's embarrassing. Second time I went to try a new flavor and when I didn't like it as much to buy a pint the person behind the counter made a face. There are many more icecream places to go to. This is meh...
