“Excellent food and outstanding staff. Our server was Jen and she couldn’t have been nicer. My nephew, Max Clayton, is performing in White Christmas at the Papermill. We were a group of 10 from NH looking for a place for dinner before the show. Max raved about the food at the Millburn Standard and recommended we go there. The staff was friendly, very accommodating to our large party (we did call for reservations, but they don’t take them) and the food was excellent (get the nachos!) They were just as nice when we came back after the play just to sit and have drinks. I feel like they went out of their way to accommodate us and we are all most appreciative. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I ordered a graduation cake online. When I picked it up and saw it, it was so beautiful. It was the talk of the party! It was not like a typical dry bakery cake. It was so moist and delicious! It was ALL chocolate. I would highly recommend splurge bakery for your customized cake needs!”

“Great quality bread, pastries and dips, but the coffee is on the pricier side. A large filter coffee was over $6 and was rather small so not sure if I was given the wrong cup. Highly recommend the cheese and mushroom croissant and labneh though!”

“We used to come here on a weekly basis pre-Covid. Loved the food, but didn't like the service and felt the wait staff was rude.

Recently we had dinner here a few times and something has changed. The decor has been updated as has the menu and the wait staff is much, much better. In fact, they recognize us as former customers and are always happy to see us. We have now returned to coming here more regularly as the food is very good.

Sakura has a parking lot as well as options to park on the street. We never wait when we come here and it's BYOB, so we enjoy bringing our own selection of sake or wines.

Nice varied menu with lots of choices. Our favorites are chirashi sushi, age dashi tofu, all their special rolls are wonderful and my all-time favorite appetizer which is large enough to be an entree - Summer Garden.”

Since I found it, it has become a staple in my life. “I'm so grateful that the original owners are back. I take the train to NY weekly, and get my morning breakfast and sometimes my lunch. Coffee is fresh, many choices for bagels and the fillings. The sandwiches are amazing. More so by the newest worker AJ. His sandwiches are the best and almost looks too good to eat. I was not happy with the previous owner, but I'm glad once again.
