The girl at the checkout was extremely unfriendly; she seemed to think she was too cool to be friendly. The tone and attitude in her speech were particularly unreasonable, giving off the impression that she dislikes her job. I started the conversation with a friendly greeting, but her response was very indifferent. When we started ordering, she lazily dealt with us, barely moving her lips when speaking. With an extremely indifferent tone, she instructed us to look at the signs on the right to place our order. I didn’t notice it right away, and she wasn’t in the mood to guide me to where it was. She had a tattoo on her left arm and a nose piercing. Another taller girl was quite friendly. Despite the decent tea, I won’t be coming back here. I’d rather walk a bit farther to the tea place across the street. In fact, after leaving GongCha, I went to another nearby bubble tea shop where only one person was working. Their space was large, the young guy was very friendly, and the tea was genuinely good. There is a restroom available for customer use.By the way, the restroom at this GongCha is not for public use.

Came here to burn some time for our wait for dinner nearby we had the lychee mango pearl mediu 70% regular ice and the bloody taro medium 30% sweet. Both drinks were so tasty and felt like pre-dessert.Definitely would come here again and try something new.

Drinks were good, but we had better. Will order something else next time. No better option in the area.

I ordered the Lemon Ai-Yu White Pearl drink and it made me sick. The drink tasted very funny and I think it was because of the Ai-Yu. It had a very soapy flavor from it like the container it is stored in wasn't rinsed properly before they added the ai-yu into it. Because of the soapy flavor, the drink tasted terrible and I threw up the next day.The cashier was also not very friendly when taking orders.Would not support this business again until they have nicer employees and better food standards.

I prefer GongCha over Kung Fu Tea in Millburn. They have an expansive selection of delicious teas. Try the mango popping boba or add oreo crumb to a milk tea - yum :)

Nooooom, fav boba spot! Always consistent! Get the dirty brown sugar milk tea with extra boba you won't regret it!!

Ordered the earl grey with 3 J’s and it was great! The earl grey taste was very fragrant and the boba was cooked well. The person helping us was also very patient while we picked our order.

The three stars are for the product. The service sucks! What an attitude they have at this place!

solid chain & franchise. unfortunately their large size seems to have gotten way smaller & shorter than last year's large size cups. gong cha satisfies a boba craving even though their ingredients aren't usually fresh & are premade/packaged. staff gets orders out on times, but the few times i've visited, it hasn't been really busy so this should be expected. i recommend the lychee green tea, light ice, 30% sweet, with coconut jelly or star jelly.there's nowhere to sit, so expect to be in & out of the store quickly.

Decent bubble tea spot in the area they took over the old kung fu location. I enjoy my drink just wish they had a bit more variety of options and toppings

Stopped here for a bubble tea - the staff was all missing from the front and came out when I knocked on the plexiglass by the register - I guess short staffed at 3:30p on weekdays? The tea was so-so, not strong, not sweet, just ...meh? Bubbles were somewhat chewy but lacked any sweetness. I've had better bubble tea. All the seating is closed off, just a pickup area available now.
