This is CLOSED. It is no longer in the Hyatt Regency. It's been replaced with a carry out food service that serves Starbucks coffee, chips, and sandwiches.

Love the fluffy omelets and the kind, friendly, happy and welcoming service. It's a pleasure to eat here.

Eclectic Grill is located in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Morristown, across from the bar. Very unassuming restaurant from the look, quiet at almost all times of the day. Menu has a decent depth, with varying prices. Ordered the Chicken Strips and Fries, a special offered for the event I was attending. Presentation was unexpectedly good and so was the food. Primary issue with Eclectic Grill is being understaffed. IF there is a large event at the Hyatt, service here will be slow, so budget extra time. During my visit, Eclectic Grill was 35-40% filled, with only 2 or 3 servers. Could have used more ketchup and a water refill, but the servers were too busy. Paying our bill also took a while, with both servers having to use the same register. Overall, the food was good, but the service here leaves a lot to be desired.

Very convenient when going to the AMC theater in the building. Good menu, but the restaurant looks closed. It's dark, no decor and uninviting. There is so much potential for this restaurant. The food is good.

Went down from my room for lunch and a couple of the things in the menu I wanted weren't 'ready' so I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. It was mediocre, definitely not anything to write home about. Breakfast the next morning was a little better - the avocado toast and fresh fruit was good. Nothing memorable, though.

It's very unfortunate how this place has gone down hill. They used to have a lovely salad bar for lunch. Now it's sparse and not fresh. I also ordered from the menu on another occasion and the meals were terrible. The "santa fe salad" was just very little iceberg lettuce, a spoonful of black beans, a spoonful of corn and a terrible lime-type dressing. This, by the way, costs $12. The margherita pizza was awful. The crust was as thin as a cracker and burnt. There was no mozzarella on it at all. To top it off the waiter spoke broken English and we could not understand what he was saying. I'll never go back there again. It really is a shame.

A hidden gem! No one knows about this place but that adds to the ambiance... very private and romantic. Service is 5-star and prices are very reasonable for fancy food in Morristown. They recently got a new chef and had major menu changes and I really really miss a few things from the old menu. My husband and I were coming here a couple times a month because we absolutely LOVED the honey sriracha wings, BBQ brisket tacos, and thin fries. They were THE BEST and I hope they bring them back. From the new menu, we tried the hot wings (buffalo sauce might be the only option now), calamari, and the burger (LaFrieda beef) with a little bit thicker fries. They were all good but just not as good as our discontinued favorites. Also, good burger meat but I hope they change the bread they use (looks nice but it's that type of bread that seems to always taste stale... and this was very very stale). Our waiter was really awesome - welcoming, attentive, and very funny! I'll prob come back to try some new dishes during lunch.

My boyfriend and I had the breakfast buffet and man there was plenty to eat! Food was alright, service was good. We go from Hyatt to Hyatt and this was our first time staying at this one, we did have to pay a higher price just for "Bed and Breakfast" but the variety of food was awesome to see. Love that they had a waffle maker!

The buffet was out stating the wait staff were very attentive and friendly as well. The atmosphere is pretty much all business folks but beyond that it was perfect

Try and get a seat in Bruce's section - he's the tall guy with the big smile and even bigger personality. Always on point

I've ordered food here to go before and have really enjoyed it. The first time I ate in I had such a horrible expeience I will never go back there. I got my food and drink, and noboy ever came over to my table. I was able to find a manager and asked him if I had someone assigned to my table (at this point I was done and ready for my check). A few minutes later a waiter came out and started yelling at me in front of everyone, mad that I had talked to his manager. I didn't even know this guy was my waiter because he had never even been to my table! After letting the manager know what happened, he apologized halfheartedly and gave me 50% off my bill. They will never get my money again.

Love this place! We go there all the time. It's a nice quiet hidden gem in Morristown. The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing. They change the menu with the seasons and the presentation is gorgeous.

Nice service. Had one "StayFit" item on the menu...which was the White and Green Omelete - it may sound like one of those "lame healthy" dishes on a menu...but it was actually pretty good. Filling, in a healthy way. =)

Tortilla chicken soup did not have much chicken and was more tomato based than chicken. It was also not warm enough Scallops entree was delicious but only came with 4 scallops and not much else - fairly pricey. Calamari was good but came wrapped in tissue paper which made them soggy. Have eaten at this restaurant before and it was much better.
