Very convenient when going to the AMC theater in the building. Good menu, but the restaurant looks closed. It's dark, no decor and uninviting. There is so much potential for this restaurant. The food is good.
Went down from my room for lunch and a couple of the things in the menu I wanted weren't 'ready' so I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. It was mediocre, definitely not anything to write home about. Breakfast the next morning was a little better - the avocado toast and fresh fruit was good. Nothing memorable, though.

Eclectic Grill is located in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Morristown, across from the bar. Very unassuming restaurant from the look, quiet at almost all times of the day. Menu has a decent depth, with varying prices. Ordered the Chicken Strips and Fries, a special offered for the event I was attending. Presentation was unexpectedly good and so was the food.
