1 lady put a pair of gloves on then went to touch the cash register thrn moved the pushed somthing down in the trash can then realized the pretzels were hot because they just came out the oven then went in the back to get a knife pushed a paper inside another trash can then went to touch the pretzels all with the same gloves I asked her can she change her gloves and she asks me why because she just put them on I had to explain to her why and she wasn't to happy about that I guess

Been going here on and off for years and today was super disappointing. All they had on a Saturday was two buckets of plain and one small box of cinnamon rivets. Took one of each and not only weee they only 2/3 full they weren't hot at all. Also it wasn't even rivets. It was the longer pieces probably left over from some platters. If you don't want to offer fresh product for walk ins then require us to call ahead.

Ordered a rivets platter for an event at school via the website 24 hrs ahead of time. Showed up and were told that they hadn’t started it yet and it would be at least a half an hour… 30 min later they still weren’t done.This was for an event with scheduled speeches and awards in which we were involved. We had to inconvenience a spectator to return and wait for the order. Very frustrating experience for overpriced pretzels.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. There were no pretzels, only a cinnamon pretzel twist. So I had one of those for the ridiculous price of $4.75. It wasn't baked thoroughly, and tasted like half-raw dough. As hungry as I was, I took 2 bites and threw the rest away. I'll NEVER come back.

Went to the store today and ordered 10 pretzels. The teenager serving me gave me 5 pretzels that had some strange white coating on them. They didn't look like they were cooked properly. When I asked for better pretzels, he didn't want to give me replacement pretzels despite the fact that the container in the display case we were standing next to had a pile of pretzels that looked perfectly fine. Very unhappy with this customer service!

Ordered tray of rivets…picked them up at 12:30 for a party at 3:00 …embarrassed to serve them as they were hard /stale…went back to return the serving tray and to complain…I was offered 3 pretzels as compensation… which I declined…not very professional I will not be returning…

Absolutely horrendous service. Went for a 2:30 pickup and my pretzels weren't even close to ready for pickup. Multiple people waiting well past their pickup time for pretzels. No sense of urgency. Will never return. Had to cancel my order and scramble for something else to get for my event.

I ordered a larger tray of rivets which was prepaid for 3 hours in advance. When I got there it wasn't ready (preorders have never been ready when I've done them)and they were concerned they didn't even have enough rivets. They gave me stale rivets that had been sitting in the display case. Also the cheese cup was ice cold and not heated up at all. They sell a nice product but if they can't serve it fresh it's a waste of money.

Very disappointed in what I purchased for a Super Bowl party my wife and I attended. I ordered a large rivet tray (I called ahead and was told that I had to order on line and that I could only order a large tray). To me, the Super Bowl is an opportunity for restaurants and specialities to capitalize on events like this. Rivets were different sizes, stuck together, some hard, some doughy and overall not appetizing. I was hoping for a wow factor. It seemed as though they were not prepared for such an event.
