The kiosk has got to go!! What a waste of money and time! What a great way to spread germs! Now I have to go wash my hands after touching that filthy screen. McDonald's should spend it's money on making the food taste better not on useless technology. At least this McDonald's doesn't have the ever frustrating rotating menu board. I don’t think I have ever had a correct order from this location. Something is always missing or wrong items given, and often the food is cold. I live around the corner but I will drive out of my way to ark rd for better service.
