theres 5 people working and thier online orders are backed up over a half an hour and no one is acknowledging this. its hot in the building. online order has been waiting way longer than the people who decided to crowd into the buidling that deff had over capacity people in there. gross. if i didnt pay for online order already i wouldveleft by now. they dont care about online orders only doordash. gross negligence
The service is absurdly bad. The line was long and wait was slow. One employee working behind the counter. Another made himself an ice cream and sat back down. This place needs better management and customer service.
