This was a bad experience for meand my family, a horrible customer service, the attitude of the person who was made the ice cream was so awful, it was a lot of time waiting in vain, because the time we have to wait for the ice cream was more than 40 minutes, and we received and disrespectful service.

theres 5 people working and thier online orders are backed up over a half an hour and no one is acknowledging this. its hot in the building. online order has been waiting way longer than the people who decided to crowd into the buidling that deff had over capacity people in there. gross. if i didnt pay for online order already i wouldveleft by now. they dont care about online orders only doordash. gross negligence

You can really tell the head of this store doesn't care about their employees or their business. The moment you walk in you can't help but notice that the employees hate their jobs, and I can't blame them after visiting this place.The building is honestly not very clean, the lack of care for the employees leads them to provide apathetic service, and I don't blame them given where they work! This business is frankly just a bad ice cream shop.The only positive thing I can say about this place is the ice cream was fine - but that's because it's coldstone. You can get the same stuff at any other coldstone store, so there's no real reason to ever go to this store.To those reading this, choose to support other ice cream businesses instead.

Great ice cream, came here about 2 months ago and found 2 people working. 1 on the line and 1 doing DoorDash. Line was out the door, props to the guy working the line and the lady doing DoorDash orders was miserable and slow. Went again today and same thing with different employees. Great line worker, terrible DoorDash worker. This time the lady was visibly rude and giving everyone who walked in a dirty look. I assume the manager just doesn’t understand how to hire more people? But we were in the cold stone for about 30 minutes. This place used to have multiple workers and the wait time was almost non existent but now its dreadful

I will not be going back to this cold stone. The incompetence to make their “signature items” when it’s posted in front of them is absurd. The wait was super long and all of the employees moves slower than a snail. Would recommend that no one come here ever!!!
I’ve had a problem every time Ive ordered from here. Owner is rude and will not take responsibility for them not having the birthday cake I ordered. This is the second time this has happened. I’d avoid the headache and find another place.

Bad service. Laziness in providing proper services for the amount of money paid. Not mixing the ice creams properly and not consistent with each employee. Charging wrong sizes. We bought one kid size and they charged us for a Like it. Quantities are never consistent. Cups had less Icecream not completely filled and hollow inside.
