Hadn't visited this Dunkin Donuts since I was in my 30's, I'm 63 now. Staff was great, I had three people working to get my rather large order of Donuts and coffee caddies ready, and since I made a last minute decision to go there I obviously didn't call ahead. They were quick, efficient and friendly. While I was writing this post I just remembered I neglected to tip them, which I will remedy in the morning.
I always have a wonderful experience at this location. So family friendly, bright and cheery, and you get the feeling that employees actually enjoy their job and each other. Today, a cashier gifted my son a munchkin (which he was so thrilled about, thank you!!!) and another employee saw my hands were full and offered to walk myself and my son to our car. I cannot say enough nice about the people here, but I hope your kindness goes around and comes around.

Dude at the counter was friendly and took my order. From there, things went downhill. I was one of three customers in store. Each of our simple orders were made wrong or missing items. When I told the worker I was missing an item, she said "yes" and walked away. I admire her chill, but I paid for that other wrap. I got a different workers attention. She listened, then carefully checked my bag tag and counted the lonely, single wrap in the bag before shuffling off to make another....read full review
