Everytime I order Panera Catering there seems to be an issue. Today I ordered my food to arrive at 12:15PM. I called the restaurant as it did not arrive and the driver brought my delivery to a different panera- not my location. The team member did deliver the food but seemed annoyed to do so. I probably will not order again.
This Panera was amazing years ago when I was in middle/high school. It’s only gotten worse as the years go on. I went through the drive-thru today and they got my order completely wrong. 2 weeks ago I went and dined inside and my sandwich was cold in the middle, my mac and cheese was cold as well. I have gotten fruit cups with mold in them!!! They have gotten my orders wrong multiple times wether it be dine in, pickup, drive-thru, etc. I never leave bad reviews but this Panera...read full review

I was disappointed when I arrived because my online order was not ready. I was told my order was never received, however, when I looked in the bag I saw a print out of my order. When I arrived home it was the wrong sandwich; ham instead of turkey. The manager was kind and offered a free dessert for the inconvenience.Vegetarian options: Salads are available with or without meat and soups are options as well.
