Called that our food was ready nearly ten minutes before it was actually done. My mother’s soup and drink were the only thing from the order sitting on the counter. Her soup, which honestly barely qualified as such being more croutons than tomato soup was cold by the time I actually got the rest of my food, which was just half a sandwich, a flatbread pizza, and another drink. Even then, I still had to ask for my other drink. Another customer waiting for his meal to be completed also had to ask for the rest of his meal, which was sitting in the same place as my drink. They were already completed, just not with their respective orders.Now, I know I do not eat fast, but I’m not a slow eater either. I barely got through one and a half slices of my flatbread before it was cold. Not lukewarm, COLD. My mother couldn’t even finish her sandwich because the bacon on it was so salty, you couldn’t even taste anything else. The only thing that was decent was our drinks, which is normally the thing I complain the most about because their coffee tends to taste burnt.The meal we received was not worth the $33 it was. I knew Panera was going downhill, but this was definitely not the experience I expected to have from a place that touts being healthier than fast food. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident.

I was disappointed when I arrived because my online order was not ready. I was told my order was never received, however, when I looked in the bag I saw a print out of my order. When I arrived home it was the wrong sandwich; ham instead of turkey. The manager was kind and offered a free dessert for the inconvenience.Vegetarian options: Salads are available with or without meat and soups are options as well.

We came for dinner at 6 pm on a Saturday, wanted soup and BREAD, at Panera BREAD, and they have no bread to give on the side and no bread bowls that they are clearly advertising all over. I see loaves of bread on the wall, but we would have to buy an entire loaf for two people. The cashier was rude and offered no help, solutions, or alternatives. Never again!

Everytime I order Panera Catering there seems to be an issue. Today I ordered my food to arrive at 12:15PM. I called the restaurant as it did not arrive and the driver brought my delivery to a different panera- not my location. The team member did deliver the food but seemed annoyed to do so. I probably will not order again.
We came here decided to dine in. We had made the order and asked for no lettuce. We asked if they could please take it out since it was ordered specifically without. The persons serving the food replied very rudely to do it myself. And started throwing comments of how she hates certain things and kept talking under her breath. I understand how is not easy dealing with customer but no reason to be rude and nasty about something that is part of your job. It makes no sense. I don’t recommend this place at all. If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would. Mind you I like eating at Panera but I’m NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS ONE AGAIN.

12/16 approx 7:15pm went to the drive tru and ordered a coffee. 10 minutes later I realized I never got my card back from the drive tru. I called the store because I was already on the highway and they were confrontational and claimed they don’t have my card. I literally pulled over and verified the card was not in my possession. DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I will never return to this place . Surely they have cameras to check these things but the management was useless . Luckily I caught the missing card quickly. Beware the drive tru!!

I visited this location and I swear they just can’t get it right to save their lives. This is the only location that consistently have issues with. I placed an order on the app to be picked up in the drive-through I gave my last name she said the order was ready. I sat in the drive-through waited 15 minutes and I was about to pull off and a young man comes out with the order and just hands me the bag, no greeting or anything. I let him know that I ordered a drink as well. He then looks at me and says “well what drink did you order?”so clearly your staff does not pay attention I also ordered extra croutons for my tomato soup, and there were no croutons whatsoever. Clearly the employees at this location do not care about order accuracy and customer service.

I waited 30 minutes for my food that I didn’t receive. They were not busy at the time so I’m not sure why it took so long for them to make a sandwich. When I asked for a refund being that the wait was so long they were unable to give me a refund. They had 4 people on staff and no line at the drive through so I’m not sure why they refused to give a refund air make my food.
