I decided to wait and give them time to open. It was worth the wait. I ordered a Big Cheesesteak and a Lil Special Italian. Both of them were huge, packed with tons of meat, and delicious. I will say the Special Italian was by far one of the best if not the best hoagie I've had.“

“My boyfriend and I had stopped for lunch and explained to the woman at the front it was our first time and she came around and explained the whole menu to us. She was very helpful and polite explaining everything, food was ready fast. They even gave us a couple cookies and some free sandwich cards for the next time we visit their location since it had been our first time there. Overall great experience. We really loved trying all the sauces they have at the table.“

“This place is an absolute gem. This bistro is family operated and we felt like family being there. Their daughter Holly even made a point to come over and introduce herself to our baby daughter. “We went to BLK SHP for the first time to celebrate my father’s 84th Birthday. We will definitely be back! The food was wonderful and the portions were larger than we expected for tapas. Our waitress, Heather, was fantastic. She really added to our experience. The chef came around to visit the tables to see how everyone was enjoying their meal. She was very sweet. When she learned it was my Dad’s birthday she made sure to make a big deal about it. His dessert was all dressed up. Highly recommend!“

They make pretty awesome salads because they have such a massive variety of different lettuces and vegetables to top with but the falafel sandwich is the BEST thing on the menu, in my opinion. The falafels are fried and not baked so that's a downer but it's so worth it because they're moist and seasoned just right. Also the portions at this place are really big. One salad can feed two people and one falafel sandwich without any sides will definitely fill up a grown man. (I'm a woman but I eat like a man, so I feel qualified to make that statement ) I like to order from here when I'm doing projects at home and I don't feel like stopping to make lunch.“

“When visiting my brother yesterday he said let's order pizza, it's their usual place. I asked if they had jalapeño poppers with cream cheese...they carry both. I've been searching for over a year since my job closed down and we had them. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! Not only for having my poppers, but your pizza was absolutely delicious. I had white with meatballs, my brother had white with ricotta. I took 2 slices folded together and had the best "calazone". If anyone is ever in the area, try this pizza....thank you very much!!“
