“Drove from Cleveland to a meeting in NYC, specifically had a layover in New Brunswick, just to have dinner. This was my second trip for dinner in two months and it exceeded all expecations, the hoilday decor transformed the second floor. The service (Regan) was on point, pleasant and efficient with out being over bearing. The meal was the single greatest pasta dish I have had in the U.S. (wild boar ravioli) Already making plans to return, if you are with in a days drive, you really have no excuse not to enjoy a meal with them.”

“Just had my Aunt’s 80th birthday celebration at SLS and the experience could not have been better. From the planning with Judy to the day of party execution with Jane. Even the owner Mark stopped by to check in. The room was warm, the service was impeccable and the food was excellent for all 40 guests - which is no small feat. We highly recommend Stage Left and their sister restaurant Lombardi’s. A great place to make some life long memories.”

“Every year we take a trip or two to come to this restaurant from Rochester NY ! One year we brought friends of 12 people and went to make reservations and they were full ! Once I told them who we were and we come every year they went above and beyond and got us a private table in the back by the street and accommodated all of us no problem ! Everyone loved it there AND one of their waiters is from where we are in NY it was great to have conversations with him ! Can’t wait to go back again . The mixed drinks as in the mojitos are my favorite! The oil for dipping is perfect !”

“Posted up in the center of the pub. Me and these two mad lads started drilling. Ice was about 4 inches and ol' Stout was struggling to breach through the ice. After a few minutes of turmoil he was finally able to break and we heard the glorious rush of the water gushing like a foutian out of the portal to the dark unknown. We stood there conquistadors above a murky gold; fish. We set our thrones upon the ice and readied our rods. Our mouths watering at the thought of the first fish. With bait and hand a glee in our hearts we awaited the first bite. But folks, as everyone knows, fishing isn't about the catch nor the side of the fish. But it's the spot and the friends we make along the way. We caught no fish, not even ol' Stout. But we had a splendid time, and like the conquistadors of old we left with nothing. Oh yea and there's uhh ... darts in the back or something.”

Went there twice on Spring 2021 and last night, but seems like they put more Tahini in their Baba Ganoush lately because it’s got much creamier texture and less of eggplant taste than we had last year :/ Decent outdoor sitting in their backyard on warm days, the upstairs sitting room is a unique for us non Afghans, they have place for customers sitting sections (Afghan style) and they provide tables and chairs too incase you’d like to sit and dine there. Definitely would visit ‘em again!”

“I was at Old Man Rafferty’s for a repass dinner when a server accidentally spilled food on my partner’s shirt and jacket. The manager was kind, professional, and immediately took care of everything. They covered the dry cleaning, and when the stain didn’t come out of the shirt, they reimbursed us for the very same day I asked.\n\nAccidents happen, but what stood out was how quickly and graciously the manager resolved it.
