“I have been going to Confect's for many years and can honestly say I have never been disappointed in my meals there, just have a difficult time deciding what I want to order because I enjoy so many different meals on their menu. Two of my children brought my mother and I there for Mother's Day and the appetizers and meals were delicious! If you have never eaten there I highly recommend giving them a try. The workers were super attentive and very apologetic about the wait time (which we understood since it was INSANE) the ice cream was absolutely delicious. “I've been in here a twice since they opened and this place is great. They have a wide selection of bubble tea options as well as ice cream (rolled) and other snacks. The first time I came, I got the lychee slushie with tapioca boba, which was really good. Next I got the chocolate chip rolled ice cream with m&m's, which was pretty good too. The owner is very friendly and actually remembered me when I came in the second time (maybe a month in between visits). They have a loyalty punch card for ice cream and drinks and several games in their retro seating area. There are some old school games and a little plastic axe throwing area which would be fun for kids. If you're looking for a yummy treat, give this place a try. It's their second location and the owner is very friendly, serving up tasty treats.“

I got a soft serve swirl with cookie dough bites and it was delicious. The ice cream is perfectly creamy, and the vanilla had an almost marshmallow-y taste to it. It also sort of reminded me of the cream inside an Oreo. Perfectly balanced between creamy and cold- it didn't taste watered down or too "Icy". My mom and my 16 month old also agreed. (Ok, my mom agreed. My son was a fan but he doesn't quite understand just how good it was yet.) My son didn't finish his, so we brought it back with us to upstate NY. Yes, it was good enough to save in the freezer at our hotel and then to shlep back home so I could enjoy one more time. And also so my husband could try it since I couldn't stop raving about it. I also had the twister here with chocolate custard and peanut butter cookie dough cream ice. It was good, but not nearly as good as the doughnado. “Never one to leave a review but I felt this was necessary. My mother is unfortunately not doing well with her battle with stage 3 cancer. Right now, it’s the little things that mean the world to her and for right now, it seems to be the same for me as well. Tonight my mother was craving one of her favorites, Rita’s! When I got to the window and gave my order to the woman working (large vanilla custard with chocolate sprinkles and a cone on the side) she asked me very politely, if the order was for me? I replied saying no, it was for my mother. She then asked me if I was sure I didn’t want anything and even though it was very hard to say no “on a diet” I did and told her nope, just the custard! She proceeded to put 2 cones and 2 spoons in the bag, packed it so nicely and then told me that I am a good son and that my mom is lucky to have me. I don’t need any recognition for what I do for my mom, but let me tell you when you are at your lowest and a complete stranger shows genuine kindness and compassion it hits different! I'm usually a sprinkle guy but decided to try the cotton candy and simple soft serve vanilla. It was really good. I do plan on going back for the hard serve ice cream, seeing as there are flavors there I have not seen and would like to try.“

I rated it slightly higher because as of the time of this post the prices are reasonable. Tip: some years they close shop during the colder seasons.“

The additional costs were very reasonable and the cake looked great! We live a bit far so I couldn’t come in person to order it but was able to communicate with the owner via email and phone. “I was honestly quite surprised about this place. We were having a going away party for a coworker and planned on ordering pizza from another place but they had some issues with their equipment. So we decided to give this place a try. We ordered 2 large cheese pizzas, pepperoni and a veggie pizza. The pizza wasn't bad at all. The veggie and one cheese pizza were completely gone. There was only half left of pepperoni and other cheese. I tried the plain and pepperoni and quite honestly they weren't bad. Staff were very polite. It's quite a combination of being ice cream and pizza. And the only drawback is that they don't sell pizza by the slice. That would be better if they did.“

You're able to pick your flavors and toppings and then pay by weight. Seating is variable depending on when you go. If it's during peak hours during the school year then it may be hard to find a spot to sit inside and eat. But overall great spot to satisfy your sweet tooth!“
