Deserving more than 5 stars is the Bakery Department !! Drita & Maria are outstanding, along with the rest of the staff, deserve recognition for the gorgeous cakes, cupcakes, pastries presented for you to enjoy. Admiring the bakery case for a bit as I couldn't decide what to get. The pride that Drita has in her department and Maria who also spoke with such delight about all the items in the case was a joy to see. Interactions with the people who make these is one of the reasons I visit Whole Foods. Customers are like family, they care about you, answer your questions and will put you in the right direction regarding choices. There should be awards given and these ladies deserve it !

Though it's quite expensive than the other shops, the quality of the products are really good. The place is clean. The staff are helpful and polite. There is a place to eat outside too. The restroom is properly maintained.

Doesn’t quite make it to 5 stars because I’ve lost count how many times I’ve been overcharged here. Many cashiers don’t even know their vegetables - I’m tired of being charged $$$ for simple things like red cabbage and sweet potato because they keep punching them in as some exotic fruit lol. I don’t always have the time and the energy to watch the computer screen like a hawk, read through the receipt, pack my bags by myself and go to the customer service to dispute. Also they tend to be very slow with restocking certain items. Not sure if this has to do with the pandemic or something, but it’s a bit annoying. One example is the Maine Coast Dulse flakes. I had been waiting forever for them to restock it, when they did it got sold out so damn fast - you’d think since the demand seems to be so high they would restock that pretty fast. Nope. It’s been months now, nothing.

They staff is very welcoming and helpful. I love how organized it is! I found all of my items with ease. I'm impressed with the variety of produce, all of the products they provide really. The store is very clean! I had no trouble navigating the isles. Even the Hot bar was clean. They have a counter where you can order pizza. They make the pizza fresh it was delicious! I believe it's my new favorite grocery store. Lol. It exceeded what I normally expect from grocery stores. Amazing job. I highly recommend!

I appreciate, that there is a Whole Food in the area, I think it's convenient for those of us that had to travel distance to frequent one. But they have to do a little bit more training with customer Service. Not all ! But it's always that one big mouth employee that think she knows everything, and don't know how to be friendly,and polite. But I won't let that spoil it for me, because I will continue to frequent that particular franchise.

Prices are 'Whole Foods' prices. Market is clean and well kept. Good choice of fresh fruits & veggies. Amazon return kiosk is convenient. They need to reevaluate the way they handle their line(s).

Always amazed by the organization of the store... everything is beautifully arranged, the produce is fresh, the hot foods and baked goods are always delicious... so many options for healthful eating. Such a great variety of name brands that you recognize and new brands taking advantage of sustainable production and resources.

A more tidy, compact version of the typical suburban store. Everything you need from fruits and veggies to cheeses and meats, frozen foods and baked goods. The packaged foods and personal care items round out the selection in the center of the store. Sorry, no alcoholic beverages sold here. But the Hahne atrium at one of the store exits is a beautiful space with public seating to take a break. A wine store across from the Whole Foods probably has the libations the party animals won't find here. Oh and 90-minute free parking is included in the garage for purchases greater than $10.
I found the employees of "WHOLE FOODS MARKET" to be very polite and always helpful. The facility is always spotlessly clean and orderly. The products are always of the highest quality. Some may find some products slightly expensive, but this is only due to the fact that only the highest quality ingredients are being used. I found that shopping at "WHOLE FOODS" is an all together pleasant experience.

There is parking behind the store! I avoided this store for years because I didn’t think there was parking. You can park in the deck and then get your parking validated at Whole Foods customer service. Really great for picking up online orders. FYI you need to take the elevator inside and ask for your order at customer service, checking in on the app is not enough.
