The service was pleasant. The food was different. it definitely didn't taste like the whooper should. The onion rings were soft and soft, and the fries were luke warm. My dad said they don't give enough mayo, and they must use a different brand. Can not comment on the atmosphere. We used the drive-thru. However, something was under construction, and the parking lot was coned off.

I reported the 1st incident with the goal of others having a better experience, NOTHING CHANGED!!!!! Agree with previous posts about bad service. I went into the location to order and stood there waiting for like 5 minutes when several workers were behind the counter not doing much. I waited patiently for someone to notice and assist me, but nobody did and I ultimately had to flag someone over to order. I don't expect much from fast food restaurants -- after all, you are there to grab and go -- but the service was pretty bad even with that in mind. Food is average for Burger King, but definitely one star for the service.

This is the worst burger king to go to. From my experience, the customer service was disgusting. The management does not care about the customers, and everything is disorganized. They got all of my orders wrong and and when I asked the manager to change it he said there were “too many orders”.…there were two people behind me. Do NOT go here.
