Just picked this up today after discovery and ordering online. Had a chat with the very friendly owner who has been roasting for 12 years. Ordered the Aponte Honey Processed whole bean coffee from Nariño, Colombia. Wow, what a great roast. True to its namesake, the honey fragrance is subtle when the bag is opened but very apparent as soon as you grind. For me, the smell and flavor was more like caramel or Biscoff. Phenomenal coffee, and incredibly helpful staff. Their Colombian/Guatemalan beans are delicious and an amazing value (and are basically the only thing getting me through school haha)
