Avoid this place! Paid $30 for an egg sandwich and hash browns and subbed the egg for bacon. Was charged $4 to have bacon instead of egg and there 3 small pieces of bacon, terrible food. Waited 10+ minutes and they still got it wrong so had to wait again. Staff we unfriendly and unhelpful.

The general manager discussing work matters with the lady behind the counter by the bar. I’m always a believer keep your business private. Guests should never know what’s going on…The beer was warm and he had to dump about a cup of “foam” before serving us. We attempted to tell him but whatever he wouldn’t come back to us to check in how we were.The food was a total let down. No flavor and “rubbery” not sure if the meat sat for a period of time but it wasn’t tender nor flavorful. Fries were cold and what you would find in a supermarket freezer. Whatever I guess it’s “airport food”

I just landed back in NJ on March 18th and was starving. I had a craving for a burger and some fries. Let me tell you Burger FI did not disappoint. This is my second time getting food from here and I was thoroughly satisfied. The flavor of those Cajun fries has just the prefect amount of spice without being too overbearing. The burger just melted in my mouth. It was exactly what I needed. The staff moved quickly and they were in great spirits. I will definitely come here again and actually sit down and eat so I can get the full experience.Kid-friendliness: Lots of space for the kids to sit and eat and they have a great selection of custard shakes .

Awful Awful Awful.....I paid $25 including a tip.Restaurant was not busy. They elected to serve a burger that was cooked 25 minutes earlier. The fries were soggy and old. The staff has the nasty Newark attitude and vibe. Avoid this outlet at all costs and walk on by.

Love this place! Their breakfast burger is absolutely incredible. They somehow managed to balance the flavours of breakfast and a burger together in just the right way. Staff are super friendly, but I think it also helps if you’re friendly to them too! I have no idea why other people rate this place so poorly. We gave our glowing compliments to the manager and they were so happy to know their hard work was appreciated. This is our second time at this location and we will be coming back every time we pass through EWR!

I ordered a hazy IPA and got a lager. Not a huge deal but 3 other people complained they got lager also from the IPA tap - I ordered a cheeseburger and fries with no special requests and got a breakfast burger with eggs and hashbrowns. Then they made all of us close out for shift change - again not a big deal but they asked as soon as they brought the wrong food out. They need some management.
