Freaking awful bagel sandwich. 80% bagel, small sausage egg and cheese. Had to take off half the bagel.Bar is fine, but don't order food here! Staff is nice enough, kind of give off angsty 90s young adult TV show vibes.

Perfect example of an airport restaurant with no incentive to improve. Good way to waste 30usd and 45m of your time even when not busy. Sour cold brew coffee. Missing most of their ingredients. Friendly staff doing the best they can in the environment they are in.

Ordered a lobster sushi roll and a coffee before my flight using the QR ordering system. More than 30 minutes after ordering, someone comes to me and says I need to cancel my order and request a refund because they don't have someone available to actually prepare the food. And because of that, they also can't bring my coffee. But I was told I was welcome to reorder my coffee if I would like, but it would be an extended wait because they are understaffed. That was followed by an email saying someone would look into my cancellation request in the next week or so, and if they deem it valid, they will then process a refund for the $50 of food and drink I didn't receive. That refund, of course, will also take time, which means they are keeping my money while providing no service. And if they determine that not having someone to make food isn't a reasonable excuse, I will then be out $50, having received absolutely nothing beyond extreme frustration.

Food was excellent and the service was even better. Thank you to the team for providing a relaxed place to hang out before departing on my flight. Special thanks to Maria, the bartender, who is clearly on top of her game when things get busy, provides excellent customer service, and is a pleasure to be around.

I received a burnt sandwich for breakfast and the staff will only stand around on their phones instead of help customers. They also got short tempered with me when they were out of a beer I ordered.

We used the delivery to your seat service sitting next to the beer garden. After half an hour still nothing, when we informed about our order, 1 item was standing there , the other one he was not sure the chef would still arrive. He knew where we were sitting but did not bother to inform us. We could ask fota refund through a cumbersomt process. Worst service ever

Why is every single "restaurant" in Newark Airport such absolute trash!!?? It took 37 minutes from the time I ordered until my sandwich showed up. EWR is my most hated layover of any airport in this country.The kegs were kicked on 3 different beers, the beer they did serve was luke warm. When the sandwich did finally arrive the fries were soggy and greasy. Who knows how long the sandwich was sitting back there as the mayo had completely soaked thru the bread.Definitely don't pre-tip anywhere here because you'll just be throwing your money away for the absolute worst service you've ever received.
