Perfect example of an airport restaurant with no incentive to improve. Good way to waste 30usd and 45m of your time even when not busy. Sour cold brew coffee. Missing most of their ingredients. Friendly staff doing the best they can in the environment they are in.
Ordered a lobster sushi roll and a coffee before my flight using the QR ordering system. More than 30 minutes after ordering, someone comes to me and says I need to cancel my order and request a refund because they don't have someone available to actually prepare the food. And because of that, they also can't bring my coffee. But I was told I was welcome to reorder my coffee if I would like, but it would be an extended wait because they are understaffed. Freaking awful bagel sandwich. 80% bagel, small sausage egg and cheese. Had to take off half the bagel.Bar is fine, but don't order food here! Staff is nice enough, kind of give off angsty 90s young adult TV show vibes.
