Ordered a nitro cold brew black. It tasted terrible and was extremely flat for a nitro. I kindly explained this to the worker and asked if I could exchange it for a latte or something. They made zero effort to resolve and said, “that’s what your ordered”. I gave it back to them to pour out and they said ok.

This was for the location inside terminal A which is post security. There's no Google location for it though. Most I can say is Meh. Donuts were kind of stale and macchiato tasted on par with instant coffee. The staff here really isn't pleasant either. This is obviously a business that thrives on the brand name alone.

I asked for a decaf. They poured me regular coffee. Before taking the cup I asked if it’s decaf and girl said “no”. I told her that I ordered decaf. She rolled her eyes, took my cup, went to the back and made it look like she changed the coffee.But I could clearly see that she did nothing and just brought me back the same cup. I threw it in the trash and walked away.Welcome to New York

Very slow service. All workers grouped up in one place and taking in their native language. They seriously want to give the old line at the post office a run for its money. Would not come back again for the drinks and donuts and munchkins that I had bought. Would definitely pass on them next time and walk further in the terminal to other options available.
