Management did nothing and the manager was a female. A female customer spoke out and the man started to get hostile towards her. We left as soon as we had our donuts.“

“I moved to Ironbound from James Street Newark, on Saturday, March 21st. I was pointed to go to the Dunkin at 275 Chestnut. I used to go to the Dunkin at the Bergen Street Mall in Harrison for five plus years. I loved that place with Houda and her crew. They were the friendliest people that I ever met. I will miss them, so much. Now, that I am in Ironbound Newark, this Dunkin is the one that I will continue going to. They are so friendly, and nice and funny, too! The atmosphere is indescribable. The people that come in to eat are happy and very talkative. They are such a happy group of adults and grammar school aged kids. I will love coming here. This 275 Chestnut Street place is comparable to my old Dunkin at the Bergen Street Mall Harrison. I will still go back to my Harrison Dunkin place, when I can, once in a while, now and then. I will fall in love with this new Dunkin place at 275 Chestnut Street, Ironbound section of Newark NJ. It is so like my old Dunkin of Bergen Street Mall Harrison. I will grow used to coming here, very fast. It is a great and lively place to hang out in. I am going to love always coming here. The food is great, especially the sausage egg and cheese sandwiches on a croissant, and the loaded hash browns are worth every penny that you spend on them! The donuts coming up, with the large hot chocolate, are going to be great, as in my old Dunkin haunt, that I went to, for those over five years time! Thank you for a great Dunkin, so close to my new apartment on Malvern Street! I am going to love being in my new Dunkin! Yippee yappee yahoowee!!!“

“I wish incould give this location 10 stars bc they're just that great!!! I never miss a Dunkin run when I'm in this area bc the people and service are just the best. They NEVER EVER disappoint. Every single time I go here they are unbelievably pleasant, friendly, and make your coffee and food to perfection. Everything is neatly packaged and served with absolute care. Everyone here should get a raise bc they've set a very high standard for DD that I have never found at any other location. I got an iced coffee & a donut delicious cinnamon donut with blueberry deliciousness inside ? I didn't get the donut and couldn't get thru calling the store so I called the 800 customer service number 2 tell them I'd come get it Monday & customer service still sent a complaint in2 the store.

The manager is very familiar with me and he told me no worries come bk & get them anytime.

“Come here fairly often. Even when it's busy the food comes out properly. My only complaint would be the arrangement of the drive through. Traffic gets a little nuts in the am. They also run out of donuts fairly quickly. In the years I've been coming here I've only had maybe 1 or 2 orders messed up.“

“This is a review of The Dunkin’ Donuts outlet in Terminal C on airside after security near to gate 115. Even though it is a small outlet, it carries all the usual DD products and drinks. The sole staff member is very friendly and helpful but, as she was on her own when I went, it’s not the place to go if you’ve only got a little time before your flight departs. If you have the time, though, you’ll find it matches the usual good DD standards.“

There is an information station there and a ticket booth to get the correct tickets you would need. We used New Jersey transit trains which made it simple to travel. We will use this station again when traveling to New York City.“
