“I ordered a Matcha Latte which was hot and creamy as I like it on a cold day, and a toasted Bagel twist; both item were well done to my satisfaction. The place is neat and orders are very swift and efficient in delivery. The place is very efficient and I definitely recommend.“

“I have been going to this location for over 6 years; the staff has always provided fast, and courteous customer service. Recently the 3 men that opens in the a.m are truly awesome at their job; they know my order more recent: Plain toasted bagel, butter, extra jelly, and a corn muffin. Thank you for remembering the extra jelly, and for looking out for me throughout these past years. The timely customer services skills are "Greatly" appreciated; it has saved me from being late for work on many mornings.

Parking: 2 lots for parking with a quick in and out process.

“This particular Dunkin' Donuts is Always my first stop every morning. Staff makes orders fresh and with precise efficiency - accuracy that is unbelievably great considering the amount of people that come thru this popular travel center every day.

These workers deal with more than meets me the eye and handle it with professional and courteous actions and communication.
In a rush? I recommend ordering ahead on the mobile app, however don't be upset if there is still a delay or wait involved.

Plenty of transit police/security that efficiently handle thehoneless population from theft or inappropriate actions.

“Because we did not get time to stop by one in New York, we had to because it's always done during an East Coast trip before leaving. I liked that it was there at Newark Terminal C and we happened to have plenty of time to stop here before our flight back to San Francisco. We had the Boston Kreme donut & glazed donut and it tasted great. We did not have the coffee, but from previous visits, Dunkin' Coffee is really good too.“

“Have always enjoyed Hot Pot and was thrilled when this location opened. The layout of the place is a bit odd. The bar is stuffed off in a corner and there is very little room up front. These things are only worth noting because unsurprisingly, at least on the weekends, you will almost certainly have a wait. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar, but by the time our table was ready, there was a huge crowd stuffed into the front end. In the summer this may not be as big a deal, but on a cold winter evening, this could be annoying.Other than that, the atmosphere is cheerful and upbeat. The place being relatively new is as expected clean and bright.Selected the mushroom broth for the hot pot and it was delicious. Ample options make it interesting. The server was friendly and helpful in making selections. “I ordered the $6 sale combo through the drive through. The lady communicating was somewhat hard to comprehend. I ordered decaf, I received plain bagel, cheese, bacon and egg. All the food was hot which was excellent!! I was told later I could have had a different choice of bagel. Excellent service and results at 11:05am non peak time. Outside appears clean colors are bright without graffiti. Highly recommend!“

“This is my favorite location so I had 2 do this survey. Itis always clean. I love the staff ? They are all so friendly & pleasant & always know how 2 make me smile. Jalen makes my coffee mostly ? I got an iced coffee & a donut delicious cinnamon donut with blueberry deliciousness inside ? I didn't get the donut and couldn't get thru calling the store so I called the 800 customer service number 2 tell them I'd come get it Monday & customer service still sent a complaint in2 the store.

The manager is very familiar with me and he told me no worries come bk & get them anytime.

“Only in America would you have a Donut shop across the street from the GYM.... Well the Gym has closed down but the donut shop still thrives sp what does that tell you.This is the place I go to when the Portuguese Bakery across the street is crowded. One of the few franchises that still has the electrical outlets active so you can sit and charge your phone or laptop while you relax over a coffee. Good lattes and good selection of donuts we should stay away from. Nice staff and the owner is a stickler that keeps everyone in check.“

“This location in Terminal A was small and tidy. It is close to the baggage claom area. At the time, it was not much crowded, and the line moved fast. Ordered avocado toasts were decent. Price appeared reasonable, and staff were found pleasant and helpful. Overall, it was a solid experience.“

“Come here fairly often. Even when it's busy the food comes out properly. My only complaint would be the arrangement of the drive through. Traffic gets a little nuts in the am. They also run out of donuts fairly quickly. In the years I've been coming here I've only had maybe 1 or 2 orders messed up.“

“This is the one by baggage claim #3 in T3. Hash browns were hot, crispy, and delicious - highly recommend. Dinged one star because they don’t serve frozen coffee at this location for some reason, even though they have the other frozen drinks.“

There is an information station there and a ticket booth to get the correct tickets you would need. We used New Jersey transit trains which made it simple to travel. We will use this station again when traveling to New York City.“
