Sever, Amanda, was very pleasant and attentive. I had the patty melt and it was delicious. Fries were not very fresh, but still tasty. The pickle was sad and pathetic. Overall a great bite at an airport.
Friendly service and a diner atmosphere (although it seems to be the only restaurant in the airport without charging stations). The menu says they serve the Impossible Burger, which I ordered, and it was not an Impossible Burger. Sure, it was a vegetarian patty, but it was the kind with corn and peas pressed together. The omelette and eggs were good—average american diner vibes, and the pancakes were nicely done, they had a bit of a fried dough feel. The fruit salad was very fresh and perfectly ripe, better than expected. The pork sausages they use could be improved.
