No, I also recommend it, the food is bland. My 3rd experience, I ordered 1 order of 3 pupusas, they told me that in less than 20 minutes and 31 minutes passed and nothing, my stomach was asking for food. I'm still waiting in the chair, waiting for the happy pupusas, which is special. They say you have to wait so long for that, it's just stupid but the people who serve at the front talking to each other and with phones in hand as owners disrespect the customer, they don't deserve us one less family that consumes.

I used to go to the baskets with my wife and family. We liked going because honestly the food is delicious. But the manager or the staff who goes around the register is reckless and expresses himself in such an ugly way towards the customers especially if you have something to say about the food. Inside the restaurant they have a bakery-style area for artisan breads. We NEVER buy anything from there because it usually has FLIES (insects) INSIDE THE DISPLAY CASE. Well to top it off, the quality of service will always be better than the warmth of food. For this reason, we will never go to the baskets again.

My family have been to Las Canastillas here and there over the years. We always thought this Salvadorean restaurant to be good, but we went recently again and found it to be outstanding. The food is amazing and truly represents Salvadorean cuisine. Their pupusas are delicious. They also have Salvadorean baked treats that you can’t get enough of. Additionally, over he past year Las Canastillas has upgraded their decor inside and out with beautiful murals, original art, vibrant floral designs and fun signs in Spanish and in English - making for the perfect place for a multigenerational family to enjoy an outing at a place that cares about every little detail.

Reminds me of Salvador, very delicious food and the waitresses are all sweet. Food takes a bit of time to come out but it's worth the wait, plus the Chips and Guac can satisfy you for a bit while you wait!Parking: Its a relatively small place so the parking isn't big either. We got lucky to find a spot but you can also park by the sidewalk.
