Tried twice and everything was bad. worst service is slow, they do not clean the tables, not nice and food is terrible. I can understand the high prices at airports for food, but at least have a good meal and other staff. Staff and food is the worst !!!!

Most of the restaurants at Newark Airport are #worstfood .This one would be king of worst food ever . I ordered veg fried rice ,in the name of vegetables raw tossed rice and 10 -12 shredded straps of carrots and garnish with spring onion and cilantro LOADED with SALT . I spent 50 dollars and first time ever in my life I didn't eat simple dish of fried rice .I think ambience is the key .Staff is good . So whatever you paying is probably for the drink or the ambience take it with not pinch but a spoonful of SALT my love .thumb down ! I finished my ice though !!!! Yuppppyyyy !

The scent and the lack of other viable options tricked us into trying this place, and we regretted it immediately … the food was bad and ridiculously overpriced, and the poor staff seemed as if they had lost their spirit a very long time ago. The place is horribly mismanaged, and the app ordering system has reduced customer service to zero. I had to ask for my food four times, because they had no clue who had ordered what. My father in law was served his food fifteen minutes before his drink arrived. Just don’t go here.

The service was bad. The people behind the glass were non responsive and didn’t seem slightly happy to be where they are. When I got my food, it was poorly presented. My “salad” was mostly onions. I had the sample platter which should be a good reflection on a restaurant. Not this time. I couldn’t eat the wings because they didn’t appear to be cooked while the dumplings were definitely overcooked. I travel through here a lot. It will be a skip next time indeed.

Absolutely terrible and low grade food... tastes almost dangerous... big mistake eating here... Chicken bowl Korean BBQ wasn't meaty chicken but kiblets... and sauce was terrible

The waitstaff were nice, I sat in a quiet peaceful room decorated well & the pork/leek/shrimp dumplings came out in just a few minutes. Could have been warmer but tasty. Not sure why all the complaints. Sit in the quiet room area. Relax. I was actually surprised this was in an airport.Only negatives: airport price & VERY salty soy sauce. Five dumplings were just enough for lunch.

Never thought about reading reviews for airport restaurant but I should have! Took 20 min to get the fried chicken rice bowl. The rice looks old. Chicken is quite sour. Overpriced $20 for one bowl of chicken over rice. All other good stands/restaurants are about the same price range, ridiculously overpriced. AVOID!!!

A day of wages spent on extraordinary marginal food, I had to leave it at the table to brush my teeth. The "pork belly" is actually deep fried shoulder that made me physically sick immediately after tasting. The orange juice was great, all other food I had (fried rice and dumplings were not edible) I feel truly sorry for anyone sitting next to me on my flight home. ?

A greasy overpriced pit of despair...had the fried rice (emphasis on "fried") and vegetable dumplings that were swimming in oil. Service was not so good too. And who wants to stare at another immovable touch screen while they eat. What a convenience!
Don't waste your money. Horrible food, high prices, and zero service. I should have read the reviews....

I have been deceived by my own culture :( Saw a sign with Chinese words on it announcing soup dumplings && other kinds of dim sum. The actual menu had none of that (save for some stale-ish vegetable dumplings). The fried rice was $20(!!!) and I had to add soy sauce because it tasted like it was cooked without salt and heated 5 and a half minutes before serving. They also even handed me the wrong rice first. I was hungry, it was airport food. But man, if you want a meal look somewhere else.

If I could give 0 ZERO stars I would. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on this POS electronic keypad and got bacon, eggs and Lox ??? WTF . Then they wouldn't make another one. This place Sucks with a capital S. Bagels like hockey pucks. Plus the kicker was the POOR service. The people working here need to care about their jobs and attend Chick-fil-A customer service school. . The OTG ordering system is terrible. What am I paying tip for? Bring back servers and customer service not iPads.

In hindsight I should have checked Google before deciding I should buy something from here. I came here because I had a 4 hour layover and my gate was right next to it. The food seemed like it would be good and I was craving Asian food. I got the pork dumplings and vermicelli salad and my sister got the chicken dumplings. We received the food quickly, which is the only good thing I can say about this place. The food was ice cold even though we opened it 5 minutes after we got it. The pork dumplings were soggy and way too salty. The fried chicken dumplings were not as bad, being drenched in the sauce, but everything looked pre made. The worst item by far was the vermicelli “salad”. I got this with chicken and everything was bad. The chicken was dry and their was nothing besides vermicelli. They drenched the noodles in what I assumed was gochujang sauce and kimchi. It tasted as if I was just pouring sriracha into my mouth. I wouldn’t be as made if it was cheap but it was 50 dollars for all 3 items which were only a minimal amount. Please don’t come here just go to a Wendy’s.
