3/1/24Since we were going to an event at Prudential Center and hubby had been dying to go here when he worked in Newark. We were able to walk over from our parking lot. Good thing because there was only street parking...Should have checked the website. This was more bar than restaurant... We were seated on high chairs (I hate them because I'm short!). Was looking for a spot near the Prudential Center to accommodate a group of 9 - on a Saturday afternoon after a Devils game and before a Seton Hall game. After striking out at a few nearby places, I was so lucky to walk into Mad for Chicken and see a large table near the door. I had an amazing experience at Mad for Chicken in Newark! The spicy soy wings were a flavor explosion, and the cozy ambiance made the dining experience even more enjoyable especially on a cold winter night. The friendly staff added a welcoming touch. Can't wait to go back for more delicious wings! Conveniently located next to prudential center.
