I have never, in my 42 years on earth had Buffalo garlic shrimp before until I went to this restaurant. It's a must that I return to the restaurant to order more food from them. I thank them as well as my stomach thanks them for their food and services.?BTW, TO whom ever reads this post, it's imperative that you order one of their half & half tea/lemonade drink. You will thank me later. ?
I’ve gotten a pan of greens and a pan of Mac and cheese when I say it was good I had it for a repast. They ate the whole pans it was gone I looked for seconds it was none. Yeah it’s a go I loved it .

I’m from out of town and was looking for a quick soul-food spot. The food here is so good. Everything was fresh and delicious! Miss Kim our waitress was great! I also loved the vibe and the r&b music.
My first time at madre and son and I cannot lie I was overly pleased. The cabbage was awesome and the customer service was on point. Our server was Kim she was so sweet kind and patient. Definitely recommend I will be back, the music made it even better.
