I ordered 3 different flavor boneless wings. The boxes were DISGUSTING! Grease was seeping through the thick cardboard. How? Boneless wings shouldn't have that much grease. Took pictures but its not letting me post

A bunch of idiots, illiterate, uneducated, unprofessional, but I mean what else would you expect…called to make sure my delivery was ready for pickup and they gave my order to someone who wasn’t there to pickup my order lol, it gets no better.

This is the worst papa johns in the USA, I will eat pizza from 7 eleven before I eat here again. I’ve ordered over 40 times here and the continue to have poor service and they do not add pizza sauce to they pizza. You will get bread and cheese. Do Newark a favor and close this location and give to a new owner who loves pizza.

Ok where should I start? Not only do i live a few blocks away, when calling to make my order (few blocks away) im transferred to some country that i don’t really have to mention, but lets just say that we all know where 90 day fiancé comes from. So as my speech may be somewhat corrupt due to the fact that im stereotyped as a typical jersey girl from Newark, I do remember correctly asking for jalapeño papa bites!!!! What do I get? Wings with honey mustard wtaf? Yes mr papa stop underpaying the American society, bring your business back home where it belongs and maybe then you will not get a review like this.

Been going here for a while but todays the last day… very unfortunate. Got email that said my order was placed at 9:19 and the delivery driver was here at 9:31… pizza was clearly old and hard as a brick.

Better than Domino's which wouldn't even deliver to the Fairfield inn right next to 6. At least Papa John's took our delivery order. But here we are over an hour after ordering and it's not here yet. Not impressed as google maps says it's a 6 minute drive away. Husband is in the lobby waiting... and waiting...Update: Called manager, said the driver was on her way. Never came. Lowered from 2 stars to 1.Update #2: Two hours after ordering, the app says its delivered, so we call the manager again to ask where it is. He says they called us twice. We never got any phone calls. Talk about adding insult to injury. I've been reading through the reviews, finding the majority have similar experiences, and wondering how they're still in business. Not to mention wondering how they have such a high overall rating.The one silver lining? We did get a refund. Not exactly compensation for no dinner tonight.

I usually order on the fly when im at work and my orders usually come fresh. Except for the last few times, my food was not fresh. It was either over cooked or reheated. It's a hit or miss, which I will not take another chance on this location. If I'm paying for food service and giving a tip. I expect quality nothing less.

This particular store doesn’t seem to prepare your food according to company recipes. It was sparse as advertised and by skimping on ingredients ruins the crave experience. I can make better pizza in my toaster oven or air fryer.
