Ordered the rotisserie style chicken wrap for $10. A little bit expensive than I thought but was really good. Would come back again??

**To the owner of:Subway Restaurant155 University Ave Newark, New JerseyOne of the employees need to be retrained ASAP. The customer service/attitude stinks! The order taker/cashier appeared to be a "zombie robot." While waiting on line to place an order and watched how other customers were being treated, I walked out. The customers were NOT greeted. The customers had to greet him and it appeared he was annoyed by people who approached to place their order.Customers should be WELCOMED.*Remember-The wrong employees can and will ruin your business!

The woman at the front appears to have an unexplained chilly demeanor towards me. When I inquired about her recommendations, she simply responded with a blunt "no" and gave me an angry, expressionless glare.

Avoid this subway. Gave me the wrong order and when I came back, they refused to correct it.

Hello friends, while visiting Newark NJ I was hungry and wanted to taste a turkey sub, the location is of Central st and is at the corner university and central. Pretty okay location. Clean inside, majority of the soft drinks were out of service and the subways staffs were not friendly. Would I visit again? Maybe.

Worst experience!! I order a 6” sandwich and I was charged a foot long sandwich that I never ordered plus my 6” sandwich. They didn’t refund me or give me store credit. The manager told me he would look into the charged but he never contact me back..

Really bad customer service. I still don't get why she had to take this really stinky approach towards me, ignoring me, making sly comments, not talking to me directly, and then patronizing me with a response that clearly didn't respect me as a customer. The indian woman, who presumably is the floor manger/ possibly the owner was rude and condescending for no reason. I asked if the condiments could be put on the side so that my bread doesn't get soggy. She just shook her head no and asked for the type of bread. I was in the middle of asking a question when she just walked away to do something else. When she came back, she just proceeded to say "so italian bread?" I was kind of confused at this point. I asked again if she could put the veggies/condiments on the side and gave an explanation for my request. She proceeded to ask when I was going to eat it, that veggies wouldn't make the bread soggy, and we had this weird/confusing back and forth when the only other staff came over, took over, and said sure, no problem. But when we got to the condiments station, the lady came back to stop the staff saying "she can't get the condiments on the side". I was tired of her nonsensical and rude approach (she wasn't talking to me, just talking through the staff). So I straight up asked "Can you at least tell me the reason why you're saying no?" I genuinely wanted to know, for example, if that's store policy, then fine. But she looked at me (FINALLY) and said "it won't get soggy by the time you eat". And to put that response in context of our interaction, it felt so condescending and patronizing. I wasn't trying to be difficult, I thought I was asking for a simple request (one I've asked other subways and they've always been okay with). But it was the way she engaged me, man, the service, that really sucked. Didn't even get to try the food, so maybe the food itself is fine.

I like this place. If you go there enough they start to remember your order and that's pretty neat.
