I will no longer be patronizing this business. Prices inflated, rude, insensitive personnel. The last salad I bought was frozen salad - so I couldn't eat it. My coworkers are also turned off by this place similar reasons.

I live in the neighborhood and I am literally the only brown girl or person in the neighborhood.I walk my dog every morning and normally stop here for a small breakfast. The two ladies that work here are some of the nastiest people I have ever met at a food establishment. The old lady is so rude miserable and bitter. She has disrespected multiple customers right in front of me and today was my day.The younger one is just miserable as well but she has some manners she just chooses when to use them. The food isn’t even good it’s just they are the only bakery within a decent walking distance. I certainly will not spend anymore money here. And they also tip themselves when you use a card to pay.

It's like the owner is trying to convince you not to give her business. She is beyond rude and treats you as if you're an inconvenience and not how she makes a living. Refuse to spend a single cent here.

I’ve been here twice and both times I have been mistreated as-well as my friends and colleagues. They are not only rude but racist. They will judge your appearance and if they don’t see your Portugues and white they will mistreat you. They ensure to make you feel unwelcome.I would also like to add that the floors were sticky. I don’t understand how they passed their health inspection. In terms of food and drinks, coffee was burnt and the food tasted too dry or soggy.I will never come here. Same your time and money.

Save your money and don’t ever go there. They are just sooo rude, it’s even hard not to say anything back

Don't go. Seems like the employees and owner can't seem to treat their customers with dignity and respect.

In an attempt to support local businesses, we visited this nearby coffee shop/bakery for a late lunch. We greeted the lady behind the counter in English and were promptly ignored and then spoken to in Portuguese. The menu was on the wall behind us. We ordered grilled cheese sandwiches. I asked if they could add tomatoes (I fully expected to pay extra) but I was abruptly cut off with a gruff “No!”I paid for our order, and found a clean table(we were the only two patrons at the time.)We cleared and wiped our table before leaving. My sister admired some autumn decorations and prepared to take a quick photo with her phone. The grouchy worker screamed “NO! NO!” No one was in the photo, just a vase of silk flowers a pumpkin and some gourds. So much for friendly neighborhood coffee shop. Probably no more visits from me.

If I could rate this place 0. The women at this place are so unfriendly and so nasty. They would talk to you like your money is nothing. Don’t go there is really no worth it…
