Be prepared to wait 15 min at least. The food makes it well worth it but the lines can taint the experience there and the atmosphere suffers as seats are limited.

Come in to order on a Saturday night.. first thing the cash register woman says is we have no fries… ok I order 10 wings she says 20 minutes… I get my order 30 minutes later and there is 7 wings in my container smh what kind of franchise are they running

Today I'm only giving The food part 2 stars.. because yesterday was superbowl Sunday and it was definitely packed at Wing Stop on McCarter Highway in Newark N.J. and they forgot my ranch sauce and they shortened me 3 wings and who wanna go back after that crowd. OTHER than that great place I guess the workers wasn't prepared to make sure all orders was correct.

i'll never come to bloomfeild location again ever ! terrible service they got my order wrong 3 times and then i called my order in ! they told me i couldn't get my wings fried hard i couldn't get all flats i have to have exact cash i ordered a 8 piece combo the lady charged me for 15 wings they had to reverse the payment and now i have to wait 5 days to receive my money the chicken was rushed mf the first was cold when i asked them for fresh fries they gave me burnt fries that was sticking together

The Little Spanish girl.needs to be retrained or Fully Trained for customer service..1st thing Is Greet the patron with courtesy..2nd If the patron has a special request for the cook...Turn your simple minded butt around and relay the message to the cook...Don't tell the patron..Your not the one cooking...3rd..When you answer the phones..Say hello WingStop How may I help U...Not Hold please when theirs absolutely no one on line or waiting to order...Next time a different patron might not be so nice..Be careful how u treat people and the energy you push out !!!!!!.

The chicken tasted weird and dry. The ranch tasted clumpy. And the fries dry and not well seasoned. And the chicken I bit into had a price of hair stuck inside of it. I feel sick

I've ordered here before and the food is decent, the service is alright. I just want to share that you can't actually order after 11:25 P.M. so it's not actually open until midnight. I was close to the restaurant and wanted to order ahead at around 11:35 P.M. but then it showed that red message that said they weren't taking anymore online orders. I got to the restaurant a couple of minutes later and the manager asked if I was picking up or ordering. I responded I wanted to order, and she said they weren't taking anymore orders and walked away. I asked another employee why I couldn't order if they're supposed to be open until midnight, she just repeated what her manager said. So I walked out and took screenshots of the online portion with the time stamp. For a company that claims to be open until midnight I figured they'd take orders until midnight, but I guess I was wrong.

Wings had no sauce. The place didn’t have a garbage to throw things out. Bought $35 worth of wings but they gave me two ketchups. When I asked for extra they gave me 2 more. The wings were small and sauce less. Very disappointed!

Orders take way too long, bathroom toilet seat are broken, but the staff was friendly. Cleanliness is a problem around the soda machines and bathroom. Won't be back!!

So today on my break I came to get some wings & the cashier was very rude I asked her to check the prices so I can place my order she saidShe was on break and the manager and they don't have anymore cashiers and she also has others waiting that's very unprofessional as a manager I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is my second time ordering. I went inside after the pandemic. I ordered from a young lady who was barely smiling. They don't offer much deals. Wings are okay with different flavors. But the FRIES are soggy like the very first time I had it during the pandemic. I wouldn't even recommend the FRIES to anybody. Didn't come out crispy. I got charged a $1 to change the Veggies for extra fries. I ask the girl to make sure the FRIES are fresh and not Soggy. Guess I was wrong again. Just plain Nasty!! Da NEW Sauce Lemon Herb just like Lemon Pepper.Let me not forget the wait was 20mins!!
