Been sitting here for almost an hour. I ordered thru the app. I was told 5 more minutes 5 more minutes. So I tried to call support and they escalated my issue up the chain to 3 different people. And I may or may not get my money. This business has gone in the toilet big time. Especially the Newton location.
Been sitting here for almost an hour. I ordered thru the app. I was told 5 more minutes 5 more minutes. So I tried to call support and they escalated my issue up the chain to 3 different people. And I may or may not get my money. This business has gone in the toilet big time. Especially the Newton location.
Everything was overcooked and dry like it was sitting there for hours. They also forgot the popcorn chicken we paid for to top it all off! Nothing today even tasted like KFC food should taste.
The Famous bowls were the worst we've had at any KFC! Unfortunately we are too far away to bring everything back and demand a full refund because it was that bad!
It's sad because we have never had any issues with the food here before but something has definitely changed over the past...read full review

The gravy might be soupy now, but the fast service and accurate orders make up for it. The balance of crispy and tender fries is perfect, even if the restaurant's interior has seen better days. Despite the owner's cost-saving tactics, KFC has not raised its prices, making it a decent choice for a quick meal.
