Everything was overcooked and dry like it was sitting there for hours. They also forgot the popcorn chicken we paid for to top it all off! Nothing today even tasted like KFC food should taste.
The Famous bowls were the worst we've had at any KFC! Unfortunately we are too far away to bring everything back and demand a full refund because it was that bad!

This location in Newton consistently gets the order wrong and are not even friendly or apologetic about it.
They keep making changes and it only gets worse
KFC in Newton may have some understaffing issues, but the spicy chicken sandwich meal is excellent with real chicken breast. The gravy might be soupy now, but the fast service and accurate orders make up for it. The balance of crispy and tender fries is perfect, even if the restaurant's interior has seen better days. Despite the owner's cost-saving tactics, KFC has not raised its prices, making it a decent choice for a quick meal.
