“Since my bf and I were away last week, we missed a UPS delivery that required a signature. We were told to pick up the package at a nearby access point and this was the address given. I have to say, it was a nice surprise! We were able to get our package with ease :) Then of course we looked around and decided we were hungry (so great idea deciding to be a UPS access point!). It's a very typical convenience store with most snacks, drinks, coffee, and odds and ends you may need. You can even get lottery tickets! They have a nice looking deli with Boar's Head. My bf was looking over the menu and wanted a turkey club, to which the man taking the order said we couldn't order anything hot since the grill was off (?!?!) This was strange despite the cook making bacon. We were told it was for the next day (?!?!) The most odd part is all we needed to make a turkey club was a piece of bacon. I digress...he just ordered a turkey sandwich. My bf really enjoyed that sandwich :) I would say if you're a local or traveling down rt 130 and need a quick meal, stop in! The subs are great! (though unsure what to make of that bacon situation...really thinking there was a misunderstanding).“
“i’ve come here a few times and have never been disappointed. today was a bit disappointing. my brother and i waited a whole HOUR for a bagel. it turned out to just be a mix up because someone ordered something similar- i’m not sure what exactly happened but mistakes happen and thats okay. the guy who was on the register gave us a refund after i complained and was extremely apologetic and had our bagels made again. he was trying to talk to a young lady who also works there about what happened and she was being super rude to him. he was trying to ask what happened and she was being a jerk about it. anyways, the guy who refunded us was great. the food was also great. that young lady was not so great. i’m not too concerned about the food taking so long because this has never happened to me here before. and they did the best thing they could to rectify the situation. kudos to bagel fresh!“

Rich and his team of workers not only accommodated our switch in days due to the air quality, they also individually packed 54 teacher orders to perfection! “in november i was taking a walk and suddenly i felt very disoriented and light headed and my heart was pounding. i came here and ordered an egg cheese ham bagel and got an arizona iced tea thinking maybe i was hungry or my blood sugar was low. but i still felt this way for an hour or 2 and i was seeing stars. they told me the store was closing and they were cleaning up and i told them what was happening and the owner asked if i needed an ambulance and i said i couldnt make the walk back home as it was super dark and it was already hard to see because of my vision being dim and i didnt know if i would pass out, and i told him i didnt have a ride home and he said his wife would be leaving work soon and she could drop me off, but i didnt want to trouble him so i said it was okay and i managed to get my dad to drop me off at my house. very sweet people, i am glad they showed care.“
“Nice deli and grill in middlesex, easy to find with plenty of parking. Menu is huge and the staff was very friendly, the specials were very well priced. Counter and table service available. “The two gentlemen behind the counter were very pleasant. They have a decent menu selection. For the most part, it does not matter if you get a half or a whole sub because you’re not getting a deal by getting the whole sub. Example: most half subs are $7.99 whereas the whole sub is $15.99. There are a few where the whole sub gives you a $.50 savings. Today I did get a cheesesteak with extra provolone cheese, onions, hot peppers and a special hot sauce that they make. I’m glad I got the extra cheese because it definitely needed that and the condiments that were on there were very good. The meat itself didn’t taste like anything special but it wasn’t bad. It seems all of their cold cuts are Thummann’s which is high-quality. I do believe that the cheesesteak sub needed more meat. The meat itself did not even cover the bread end to end. One one end of the sub there was nothing but the bread by about 1.5” and 2” of nothing at the other end. So about 3.5 inches of the 16 inch sub was just bread. In all reality, I believe you are better off going with a half cheesesteak and double everything so you get a full sandwich with half of the bread. I cannot speak for any other sandwich as this is the first time I was there and the only item that I did purchase, as far as the entrée goes. I did get a small thing of potato salad, which was some store-bought stuff just scooped into little containers that was just meh. My meal of a cheesesteak, small potato salad and a Diet Coke can came to just over $20.“

“Went here for the first time recently to pick up some frozen ravioli and discovered their delicious prepared foods. I ordered two huge rice balls (1 fed two of us). One was cheese and spinach and the other was cheese, peas and ground beef. Also ordered a piece of eggplant Parmesan- again enough for two of us. Everything was delectable!!! The frozen ravioli, eggplant parm and two rice balls were $35 - but fed us for a few meals There were a few tables if you want to eat there but it's more conducive to take out. They also had eggplant rolentini, breaded and grilled chicken, made to order sandwiches, various salads, croquettes and prepared veggies, along with some Italian dessserts. Can't wait to go back!“
