“What a beautiful small business coffee shop! I visit Beach Buns every time I have an appointment at Anchor Day Spa which is right above the coffee shop. The staff at Beach Buns are so kind and their coffee and bakery items are delicious! Today I ordered an iced caramel latte with a piece of their banana cake iced with spiced cream cheese frosting. Incredible!! Starbucks is nothing compared to this place! If you’re in Northfield make sure to check this place out!“

“I had a piece of their rum cake at a birthday party and ended up ordering one for the holidays. $35 for a small one which I think is worth it because it is a uniquely made cake. Whipped cream instead of frosting. Two kinds of pudding inside. Shaved almonds on the sides with a rum chocolate taste. It is definitely a different type of cake sure to please anyone who tries it.“

“They really came through for me. A friend of the family had a bad accident and was homebound. We wanted to bring her meals that she didn’t need to prepare. Had heard such great things about Baked’s Pot Pies and Mac and Cheese but never had an opportunity to try. We thought these would be ideal. I called and they set aside for me.We dropped these off today and our family friend and some of her friends had them for dinner. They told us that both were nothing short of “EPIC”. They are foodies so they don’t say EPIC often. I can’t wait to go back and buy these for my family. I’m sure they will become a staple in our household.A big thanks to the folks at Baked. “Your trip to the Shore can include plenty of mouthwatering meals... as long as you know where to look! Sasscer's is a quaint shop that every foodie should add to their bucket list. Lisa offers a wide variety of sweet and savory desserts. I've tried a little bit of everything including the orange creamsicle cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake, scones, carrot cake, key lime pie and the crispy chocolate chip cookies (the most addictive!) Not only do the desserts look good, but they taste even better. On top of all of that, the staff is so kind and welcoming. You can tell just by walking in that baking holds a special place in Lisa's heart. Can't wait to come back!“
